Tier 3 aspirations TR benefit is NYE invite .
My home casino isn't honoring the invite .
Shouldn't CET make good on that ?

Take a look at the documentation of tier 3 benefits....is the NYE party a vegas party or can it be local?

It seems like you should get the invite.

The TR benefits are thru CET. The CET property where my play is at
is not making good on the invite. So I played all year and a benefit
    of reaching tier 3 doesn't apply ?

What is the reason they are giving you for not honoring the invite ?

ASPIRATION Level 3: 80,000 Tier Credits
Unlock an Annual Retreat to any Total Rewards destination with a $750 airfare credit, invitation to a NYE party, VIP round-trip airport transportation within 50 miles, Companion Card to share your priority service benefits with a friend, early check-in/late check-out, upgrade to best available room at check-in, as well as waived fees on check cashing and credit card advances.

It says to A NYE PARTY, not the party of your choosing or your local casino's
I would imagine at any location outside of LV, the parties are quite small and limited to their highest players.
I would imagine your ADT has some bearing as well in regards to which party you are invited to

Use the flight credit and go to Vegas. Then attend a real NYE party.

Any casino that is TIGHT for NYE is going to push for higher ADT players first.

The reason is.....I would need to get an "offer" not just attain
Tier 3 . The excuse is , too many 7 stars at Rincon and not
Enough rooms to include all that should be invited !! Says my host.
My issue is with CET forgetting to mention , maaaybe you'll
get to use the NYE benefit of diamond aspirations tier 3. I have
Entries in the 1 million dollar drawing that takes place that night ,
from playing all year . My tier score is 98700. I've been going
to Rincon for 7 years now so my Rincon friends are there. They have a NYE dinner
And drawings at that dinner .
At this point CET needs to make good on an invite .

Our local usually sends their NYE invites a couple weeks after LV. Are you sure you were excluded or are you jumping the gun? At any rate, the T&Cs does say "a NYE invite". It doesn't specify where or give you the right to specify where. I've have heard Rincon has a ton of 7Stars and Diamonds so unless your play patterns have changed, I don't know why the changes to TR would lead to a change in who gets invited. They would need to acquire more hotel space for that.

Just go uninvited and put your nose up to the glass and look in. Just as good as being there.

I sympathize with your position, but I can see how a "Local's CET" casino can have a ton of Diamonds and 7-Stars. If I lived closer to a CET property, I know I'd be 7-star, no problem. That's the problem with concentrating play at one casino, especially a local one, even if CET, because you know they're going to be limited on offerings and they are a ton of fish bigger than you.

Here's one other thing you need to consider, because Rincon is your local casino, you made your 98K TC's in many many, visits, I'm sure, right? That means you have high TC's but likely a low ADT. I have 85K TC's, but did it in about 6-7 trips, so what do you think the chances are that my ADT is likely higher than yours?

Not trying to brag, just trying to show you how it's easy for someone in your position to be left outside looking in. Have you talked to a host to get you a NYE invite to a LV event? Maybe you have enough juice to get in a NYE at Pala, Sycuan or Pechanga?

That in itself answers the question - then figure in the ADT thing.

Nowhere in the diamond benifits does it state that the nye invite will be at your local or home casino.

I've played two days at Rincon this year (the only times I've played in the CET system in 2013) and I received an invitation for NYE and the party, so it must be based on ADT (2783 tier the first day, 4824 tier the second + 5k bonus tier each day).

I am confused when you say you have entries into the million dollar drawing from your play all year, though, as the invitation says you can earn entries from December 23 - December 31. Are you sure your play earned entries all year? And if yes, can't you just be present for the 1am drawing?

Actually the entries earned throughout the year need to be activated during those dates you mentioned. Need not be present at 1:00 AM drawing
Rincon has a dinner in the event center on NYE. As well as a party with
Band at 11:00 which is separate from the dinner.

Rincon has a bunch of players who practically live there. It is a little depressing to see them, actually. Some of those 24/7 baccarat players must have many millions of TCs.

That said, I did get an NYE invite from Rincon and from Vegas. Did the OP get an invite from ANY CET hotel for NYE? If not he has a legitimate complaint. I agree with others though, that you are not owed said invite at your preferred destination.

You're absolutely right! I had to pull out a magnifying glass to read the fine print on the NYE offer and it does say you activate your entries during that period and the entries are 1 per tier point earned form 6am Jan 1, 2013 - 6pm Dec 31, 2013.

I had already chosen not to go since I figured there would be tons of 7 Stars earning entries the week prior, but now that I know it's tier points for the year I'm REALLY glad I chose Vegas over Rincon for NYE!

Yes, it's a 4-course meal for the dinner and then a party at 11pm in the Events Center with the live entertainment being the Cherry Poppin' Daddies. (No thanks.) Also, on 12-31 you swipe for 10x reward credits on slots and 5x on VP. The offer also came with free play on both 12-29 and 12-30.

Sorry the offer isn't transferrable. I'd be more than happy to give you mine.

Nope. CET has not given me a NYE invite to any of their properties.
At this point that is the issue. What's OP?
I have a guess but not sure.

OP means "original poster", or in this case, you. Reading other posts in this thread, you have the right to complain, imo.
