I know that a lot of questions have been asked about this and I've searched the boards and can't find my answer...

I'm a Diamond player with CET. I know that we get free shows, I've seen the list and taken advantage of it before, etc.

My question is this: We will be there in December and would like to take advantage of Penn & Teller or Jersey Boys if either is available (or another show if it is a no go on those two). I know that I visit the TR booth, get the voucher and the take it to the box office. My question is can I go to any box office? Or does it have to be the one where I'd like to see the show? I'm trying to avoid cabbing all over town if I can.

    Thanks!
    -JEN

When we used the voucher for Penn and Teller, we had to go to Rio box office and pick up the tickets.

Thanks Carole...did you go early in the day to ensure that you were able to get those tickets? (I've read that they only have a certain number of P&T per show that are free to Diamond members)

You have to go to the box office of the show you want to see. So for P&T, you need to go to the Rio.

I've heard there is limits on P&T so go a day early (or in the morning) to make sure you can get tickets.

    Jersey Boy's isn't available.

I've seen Vinnie Favorito (excellent) and Anthony Cools (ok).

Call ahead for P&T. They might be sold out or black.

That trip was mid week and was at the end of February. We had no trouble getting the tickets the day of the show, but it was probably because of the time of the year.

We will be in Vegas mid December. Where can I find the current list of available shows for the Diamond reward? I've got an old list but thought they might have changed.

    Thanks

Go to a Total Rewards desk and they will give you a voucher - then you go to the Bally's box office to get the tickets. All you have to is ask.

Another question since you get two tickets for diamond, can you get 1 ticket to 2 shows?

I did one tix to two different shows. But you have to decide at one time which two you want vouchers for. You can't get one & then come back later for another.

If you are crossing into a new month you can also get new ones after the month changes also.

not true ,ive done it all the time, been doing it for 2 years now.
did it last week for million dollar quartet.

just tell them you only want one ticket voucher and you figure out later which other show u want to see later

It wasn't a big deal as I knew the two I wanted - and I think that was at Harrahs or Flamingo - but they told me I had to know both of them at that time. May have been someone unfamiliar with doing it?

Wish I had pushed it harder & made Diamond this year - would have done MDQ next trip!
