    Party of 3 - what's better?

The LVH football central in the LVH Theater

    - or --

Palazzo Lagasse's Stadium (What's the cost of a couch vs. box)

    Thanks

Personally, I prefer Lagasse. It is more comfortable, more convenient and has better food...of course you pay for all this. However, the main reason I would choose it is that I find the screens at LVH to just not be big enough to accommodate the theater. Maybe it is just me- and I do prefer to be up close when watching a game- but I never had a problem with a large March Madness setup like I did when I tried Sundays at LVH.

I was there a few weeks ago. If I remember correctly... there's a $50 per person minimum on food and beverage. No charge for the seats themselves. The prices are high, so it isn't hard to blow past that threshold. I watch the NFC Championship game here every year. The atmosphere can't be beat.

I have never done LVH. But I watched the NFL game 2 Thursdays ago (the one that ended with the safety in OT and allowed me to win my under bet by 0.5pts ). With holding the fact that I won, this place was great. Tons of TVs visible, fast service and comfy couch seats. The food was pretty good too, nothing to write home about but better than you would think for a glorified bar/sportsbook.

With that said, the minimum charge of $50/person was about at the limit of reasonable for me. I was only drinking MLites that night and they were a reasonable $4/each (I think). Tack on a ~$15 burger and you have a lot of beer to drink to get to $50. :drunk: I ended up taking two bottles of water with me to get me up to the $50 min. They came in handy the next morning in the room though.

The stadium seats in Lagasse are in my opinion the best spot hands down to watch the game as an experience. As mentioned earlier you will pay for it and that doesn't mean LVH is bad its just not on par with Lagasse, although I've always had a great time at LVH

I'll be in vegas for the afc/NFC championship games...how long in advance do you need reservations for laggase stadium? Open table didn't offer reservations. Going to be just 2 of us, will they take a reservation over the phone? Thanks
