I'm just curious as to how often you parlay your hardways bets? I know it has allot to do with the roll and the vibe of the table. I hit a big ($10K payout) parlay out of the blue two trips ago, just wandering what others do.

I don't bet the hardways often, but when I do, I bet the same amount on each number. First one that hits, I take the payout. After that, I parlay the next hit on each number and hope for a repeater

if I'm gonna burn a little money on hardways, I'll definitely do it with a "pressing" system that I wished was a parlay a few trips ago.

At Cosmo, starting with a $5 hard 8 bet, I pressed to $10, $20, $40, $80 on back-to-back sessions getting hits of $45, $90, $180, $360, $720 both times. Ended up making about $1,300 off each of those rolls.

I guess had I been parlaying it would have been hits of $45, $405, $3,645, $32,805, well I"m sure I"m at the table max by now and I really don't even want to know.

I don't really play the hardways, but when I do, I'll parlay by colors, (white/red/green/black)
I've only gotten so far as to HAVE black on them, but they didn't hit...

I'm a $5 craps player, and I usually just throw a dollar out and press the white chips onto it. Although I really like the white/red/green/black idea now.

I start with 5 on them. Parlay the first hit. For example hard six goes to 50. After that I double it with each hit. 50, 100, 200

I don't parlay winnings per say. I might go up 1 unit, but never let all the winnings ride.

A $5 or $10 bet I'll parlay. Anything bigger I take the payout and just press in increments.

When I play hardways, it's always $5, and I always start with a point-hardway, and also take its companion number (4-10) (6-8). If the point is 5 or 9, I rarely take a hardway bet.
If one hits, I typically take most of the win and press the bets to $10 or take the other 2 hardways for $5.

I have parlayed a hard-8 win a few times, with $25 on my initial bet. It actually worked once.

I only play two-way hard ways as a way to tip the dealers. And I never press or parlay.

I never knew there was a protocol for this. Hardways are sucker bets for people with too much money. I agree with UK, I only use it as means to tip the dealers.

Why put the tip on a bad bet? I place a line bet with odds for the dealers. I'm not going to put their money where I wouldn't put mine.

I used to ask dealers where they wanted their bet to be placed and about 80% of the time they said a hard way so I just made that my defacto tip bet.

I buy in for $300 - $500 per session. Put $3 - $5 on hard 6 or 8 and parlay after hit. If it hits again my buy-in is covered and playing on their money. By placing the 6/8 for 6-12 each covers the hardway action.

If I make a hardway bet it is for the dealers and dealers are not allowed to parlay toke bets.
