I got home yesterday to find the CET new Years offers (which, given flights at that time of year I thought the timing to be a little late). The offers came in a really nice folio...

Offers were as follows: 4 nights, $375 FP and NYE party (with dinner and drinks) at Rio

4 nights, Brittney Concert and NYE celebration at PHO

4 nights, Katy Perry NYE Bash, dinner and drinks at Caesars.

The catch, you must stay where you plan to party.

We will be there at NYE but are booked under an offer that gives us $700 of FP and $700 of Resort Credit. As fun as Katy Perry might be to see, I'd rather finance the rest of my trip than see her.

So, if anyone is waiting on their CET vegas new years offers, they should be on their way.

Your recollection of Katy Perry was much better than mine. I was doing it all from memory :nworthy:

I'm Diamond with 33K tier credits. My NYE offer was to choose between Ballys or the Quad, and I get a commemorative coin. That's all. It showed up in the mail about two weeks ago.

We're booked for the Planet Hollywood offer. I didn't get a mailer, it was in my offers online but it didn't say who the concert was. Can't say I'm thrilled that it's Brittney but what the heck, it's free. Also comes with brunch and dinner for 2.

Where do you usually stay? I usually stay at Caesars, so wasn't surprised to see an offer for there.

I usually stay at Caesars too but my offers were for Planet Hollywood, Flamingo, or the Rio.

    Wish I had Katy Perry

Well, I am a little disappointed. I thought that I had finally gambled enough to get that Caesars New Year's Comp, but did not. I am triple tier Seven Star, 325,000 tier points. Gee, what do I have to do? Anyway, I took the Brittney Spears and the dinners at PH. I play at PH down on the strip and avoid playing at Caesars as I find it tight. But I just thought.... Oh well.

It's always all about the ADT not the tier.

Technically, MDV now, but still the same thing. Stay away for a year. Walk into a CZR property, drop $6000, and don't return for 3 months...you'll be surprised what you get.

    NYE Offer

Hi there, this is my first post to this board (long time reader ) I got the same offers, Caesars-Katy Perry, Planet Hollywood-Britney, Rio free play and I was wondering if anyone has ever gone to any of these and could explain what they're like?
I obviously have never been before and am thinking about the Katy Perry one. What is the dinner like? Does Katy sing up until new year's and she's still around or..? I guess I'm just wondering what to expect. Thanks in advance!

    Welcome

I am going to take a guess based on other events I have done at Caesars

They have this massive set of ballrooms upstairs, I guess above the buffet, which makes sense considering the food has to be run to the location...OK, so my guess is you'll likely get some sort of seat assignment and/or colored wrist bands at event check in (probably one for NYE and maybe seating area and one for your chosen brunch time the next day)
They'll open doors and you'll have free cocktails and the house band will play (Called MVP..."Most Valuable Players"...you can find online) and then dinner is served. Everyone gets same thing, and at every event I have been to there, it's been filet mignon...it's an app/entree/dessert and MVP will play during dinner, I am sure there will be a few execs saying something from time to time, maybe give some crap away, and then if I had to guess, Katy Perry will come on about 11-11:30 and play to midnight, do countdown....whoopee...auld lang syne, and then she'll do a bit more and that's it...likely over about 1am

All a guess, but a guess based on how previous events have been run

And us low-rollers don't get an offer lol. I seriously did book my room about 4 months ago which normally blocks offers anyway. But when I was taking my daughter for her 21st I didn't dare wait & have prices increase if occupancy was higher than expected. Too bad - she would have enjoyed Katy Perry!

I love websites like these because I got a "behind the curtain" look at what the higher-ups get. Pretty cool stuff :)

my tier score is 700something and got the offer for britney spears @ PH + rio (dinner + FP?) + Paris (maybe just some dinner). PH is my home casino and I have a host there if it makes a difference.

I'm platinum, which i earned last year around this time (also when I got the host...friend and I were playing in high limit room and he introduced himself and then called us the next day to ask if we wanted to move to a 2br suite + comped our low roller friend's room as well.

I had another trip earlier this year which is where I'm guessing the 700something tier points are from. Didnt gamble as much obviously.
