The View at Palms

Last night I got a chance to hit The View at the Palms. I went a while back and was really slow, but its a cool little place to hang out. It has games from the past, I mean board games, but has pool tables and shuffleboard. Its cool place with a nice priced happy hour from 8-11 and then hit the clubs.

Nice.. whats the plans for Rain and all the other clubs at Palms.

 

Rain has been closed, they have used it for special events. They have had 4 proposals on it, but yet nothing has come of it.

 

they just redid ghostbar, there working on reopenning the old heeara resturant moon is still open and rain is open for special events and sometimes saturdays

 

I doubt that Heraea will open anytime soon. Rain isn't really being used, we have a meeting with them about promoting a NYE party there, but they want so much money upfront. Ghostbar reopens Friday, and I shall be there.

 

ya Rain hasnt been a player in the game for awhile. Last I was there it was DJ Jazzy Jeff and another time Pauly D. hehe. I just thought they had something planned already to replace the place.

Good idea on waiting... seems like the GBDC had a good thing going. Hope that picks up for them

Last night was the 4 yr mark for Crazy Horse 3 and was.hanging with some of the guys from the Palms. So I had to run over to Ghost Bar. It's a little classier almost a small Pure vibe with the patio.
Moon is open as well as The View with limited days. The new palms mgmt seems not sure of nightclub plans or if they ever will, they are more into lounges. Hareae and Rain have no proposals on the table. I'm going to meet with them today on a proposal on Hareae . I have been focusing on LA for the last cpl of years and basically spending weekdays in Vegas and weekends in LA. I have been offered several consulting jobs here , so now I will be back full time.

 

Oh, we're on the guest list for Moon & The View next Friday. Glad to hear it's a cool place and I love board games and shuffleboard!
