We were able to bump our flight up an evening early and will be flying out promptly after work We decided to "just get a room to fall down in" since will be arriving late, quickly dropping our bags and immersing ourselves in our alter ego We picked Monte Carlo for the one night due to the tram to the Bellagio (where we are staying rest of the trip) and it's practically free lol. I've never been to MC before. We are up for anything so long as it's on property. So...What do we do? When does happy hour end? How long does the piano bar play for? What all can I do starting ~11:30PM other than the obvious gambling? Will the pubs still be open this late on a Wednesday evening, or will we be forced to leave the property?
Haven't stayed there in a few years, so I am not certain what is open late midweek at that property, but the decent drinking spots to look for on property are the Ignite lounge near the front of the casino, the bar at the Brand steakhouse, the Pub near the back of the casino (along the corridor that takes you to the Bellagio tram) and there is a decent, albeit small, bar near the sportsbook. They also have one of those minus five ice lounges near the front as well
I enjoy getting the flight of beers at The Pub. Pretty nice selection of different varieties of beers.
Stayed there 2 years ago and did bach party dinner at Brand and hung at Brand Lounge for a little after dinner before doing Cosmo Lounges this past July. The Pub closes at 11 PM--Group goes once every trip for happy hour Brand Lounge open from 10:30 PM to 4 AM--Is really just the other side of the steakhouse nice set up though with great view of casino floor Ignite is a 24 hour lounge up front with a dj and go go dancers behind him. When we stayed there girls loved the specialty drinks. was our last call spot before crashing. Diablo Cantina is open until 2 AM which is up front. Did this when we stayed there. Tequilla galore, don't ask, I lost. Hope this helps.
Forgot about Diablos. Good suggestion! These posts make me miss MC a little. It was definitely my home base when I first started coming to vegas regularly and was low rolling five and ten dollar tables. Lot of fun memories there!
Just looked up Diablo's. Seems like a good place to get started unless I decide to leave the property.
