What is your Vegas trademark? In other words, how would you describe how you "do" Vegas?

For example, I am like the energizer bunny...I keep going and going and going...I pack so many activities into a day. It usually takes me a couple weeks after a trip to get back to normal after all that adrenaline :evillaugh

Food, spa, golf, bit of gambling, kick it a bit, hopefully some outdoor fun.

I was certainly like the "Energizer Bunny" when I first started going to Vegas over 28 years ago. I had to stuff myself at the buffets, drink nonstop, check out every casino, see shows, and gamble until I could no longer stay on my perch. It's now more "been there – done that," so trips are relatively sane. The main activity remains gambling, but I go primarily BECAUSE I CAN! It's good to get aired out every now and then.

Primarily I've loved that just about everything is 24/7 in Vegas.

Mainly go now for the good dining and good gambling (which, the good gambling is getting harder and harder to find).

I am a "Strip Walker". I like to stay at the riviera and walk all the way to center strip. I'm casino hopping all night. I grab my beer and then I'm walking the strip all day.

Over indulgence of desserts! Always pass by the Forum Shoppes and Fashion Mall. Drop by the Adidas Store. Take lots of pictures. Grab a matinee behind MGM for $5! And lastly tons of baccarat.

    Exclusively off-Strip, casual, low-rolling, early-morning, casino-hopping goodness.

I don't make any plans for the most part. Some mornings (I get up around 3am) I get in my rental car and have to think about where I'm going to go. Sometimes I don't even decide until I get my Starbucks...thank goodness for 24-hr Starbucks in Vegas!

I usually do one day trip: Laughlin, Mesquite, Primm, or Red Rock. Last trip I surprised myself by taking myself to Hoover Dam. I'm really good to me.

I don't do shows because I don't want to be on a schedule. I have enough schedules at work.

Having been to Vegas sooooo many times over the years, nothing is a must-do, or has priority. I know I can get it in all I care to do in the five days I have because I've done it many times before.

I would be perfectly content to just hang out on a steer corner drinking beers all day. i see no value in restaraunts other then to provide fuel for the body.

I cant get over the feeling thay are all basically just glorified dennys. think about it. you can go to every mid level place in town and eat bisquits and gravy and the gravy will always be the same. do they all have the same recipe or are they all opening the same can?

Of course high end places actually make their own foods so you get what you pay for but I dont have money for that so i dont go.

As for gambling, I like it but really its just a place to sit and get more beers. thats the objective for me anyway.

I can honestly say that the best times I have had have all been spontaneous and involved just a couple of of drinking beers someplace cheap. If I have fun in a fancy place it is very rare.

I tend to enjoy dive bars more than up-scale places, but I'm lucky to have great friends that could have fun in an empty room. It's always the company that makes things great for me.

Usually go for four days. Spend the first two days walking the strip and seeing what is new since my last trip. Spend the last two days focused on the casinos I like to spend my time in aka the comfort zone.

I gamble like a heroin addict from 7am to about 10 am. Then enjoy the pool until about 2pm and then back to the drug for a few hours then a shower and back to the gambling until about 11 pm with breaks in between having light food and bottles of wine. After that I sleep like a baby win or lose and repeat the next day. My favorite times of my life by far.

We have never stayed more than 3 nights so we squeeze as much gambling, drinking and eating in as we can. The "routine" lately has been room service for breakfast at least once, an afternoon at the spa and a steak dinner somewhere on the strip. We are on a mission to try all the steakhouses on the strip. :licklips: Occasionally we catch a show. We were on sold on MJ One for our next trip but the announcement of Britney Spears has us rethinking it.

I pack alot into each day. whether I'm downtown, out on the road with my rented car, or somewhere along the strip it's always on the go for the first half of each day. The second half of the day the car gets put away, we start to drink and who knows where we end up, but it's mostly drinking, gaming, eating or a show?

I also love coupons and bargains. If I'm paying more than $4 for breakfast I've paid too much. If I'm not getting 2 for 1 show tickets or 2 for 1 dinners I'm paying too much. If there isn't free play or match play coupon to be used than I'm may not visit that casino. If I paid anything towards my hotel bill I've paid too much. But...But...If I haven't dropped a couple of thousand, then I've gambled too little or I had a good trip.

In the morning we get up and head off to our favorite morning CW's section for our bailey's & coffee to kick start our day. After a few hours of gambling it's time to find food and decide where we will walk to gamble for the afternoon or if it's a day to go shopping. In the evening we roost in our favorite evening CW's section for a few hours and visit with her and catch up before we head to dinner ; then we gamble until our eyes can't focus anymore before heading to calling it a night.

Every now and then we see a show or head to a more "local" casino but generally we are strip dwellers as there is no vibe in Vegas like what you get on the Strip.

I am a downtown stayer, and an extensive RTC Rider. I ride the WAX from the airport to downtown. I stay at the cheapest room I can get WITHOUT a resort fee simply out of principle. I use the bus to go wherever I want around town including Henderson and Summerlin. I visit friends, they visit me and do the "tourist" thing.

I drink (tho with my weight loss of 40 pounds in 3 months I have cut WAY back on that.

I gamble (but usually only with free slot play coupons or at the sigma derby machine at The D)

I hunt for women. (No not with a gun or anything I just use my boyish charms)

I shop but for things I can't usually find at home.

I go to the city on average once or twice in a couple month period. Either through working (this month I have a double LAS layover) or on my own time (I'm going to see LOVE on the 14th thanks to MyVegas) so I tend to do things differently than other people. I may even be moving to our fair city in the near future.

Me three. I walk the Strip from Mandalay Bay to Wynn/FSM hitting most Hotels enjoying whatever they each offer. When i settle down to gambling (after 6 pm) i usually hit PHO, Paris, Caesars, and Margaritaville.
I used to go to Red Rock Canyon every time i go to Vegas but haven't since 2011 when i had a mild stroke. I will be in Vegas next month and hopefully i can now rent a car and go to my favorite place on Earth.......RRC.
