In my normal day to day life, I prefer blue moon and New castle beer. This generally changes when I'm in Las Vegas though. Generally I get to my room and go down to the ABC store and buy a couple cases of Coors light. Just something about Vegas makes me wanna drink really cheap beer. Somehow in Vegas Pabst Blue ribbons, bud ices, and bud lites are all the sudden very very drinkable and preferred. When I need a beer to have while walking down the strip, generally stick with my new castle brown ale or blue moon. When I'm in a bar, room, casino then it's the good old fashion cheap beer all day. Any other beer fanatics have a similar tendency or am I just friggin crazy. Lol:beer:

Arrogant Bastard, or some other Stone Brewery offering. First saw it on the menu at Hash House a Go Go, and the (heavily tattoed) bartender brought it out to me personally, because she was impressed with my choice of breakfast beverage (I'm a tea granny, when I'm not in Vegas). Coors, when the choice is limited.

Sierra Nevada if I'm at a place that offers it. Budweiser if I have no clue what they have.

And I really am digging Dogfish Head 90-minute IPA at the Quad of all places.

I like lots of beer volume, that means I drink working mans beer coors light. Don't care for fancy beers because they weont be in the glass that long.

Coors light but the story behind it started in CA where I lived a couple years late 70's.First trip to Vegas in '86 (Thanks Bob Stupak) and I got to drink it again as they did not ship nationwide then.
    Now it's 16 oz's at the Rio bartop VP..Do enjoy a Draft (Keg) Guiness though as a pre-meal Appetizer.

Hey Money to Burn...VERY impresive your choice of breakfast beverage! I am an Arrogant Bastard and an Arrogant Bastard beer lover. However, due to its potency, I drink it sparingly and almost never for breakfast. Getting too old(60).

I try to drink local if I can. So if I go to a craft beer bar I'll look for anything local if it's decent. If there is a brew pub, I'll go there.

Pabst Blue Ribbon is my choice of beers at home or in Las Vegas. Used to get them for a buck a bottle at the Fitz. I wonder if they have them at the D...
Never checked. Microbrews at 777 when I am there.
    Good luck.:beer::beer:

I agree I don't need no fancy beer to get me drunk. And I hate people who drink fancy beer, they think they're soooo much better than you cause they know their beer and don't drink the cheap shit.

I'm a Miller Lite guy. Great taste, less filling.

    BlueMoon (on tap preferably)
If not at MSS (Then it's Royal Red Lager, or High Roller)
For beer pong, Coors is the cheapest waterbeer I'll go.

If I'm at a restaurant or a bar I'm going with an IPA. I almost exclusively drink IPA's so if there's one available I'll most likely go for it. If I'm on the casino floor, I quite often go for a Corona. I never drink Corona's anywhere else, but for some reason I do when I'm in Vegas.

Blue moon is my beer of choice also when I'm at home. A dirt cheap beer that you may actually like is pabst blue ribbon. It taste just like coors but a little cheaper:beer:

I'm one of those "only drink in Vegas" people. So, I may enjoy a Red Stripe or two while playing the machines. :ssst:

At home Sierra Nevada. Two trips ago I had a few too many Stones at the Cosmo, as my wife reminds me! Last trip I changed it up and stuck with mic ultra and corona remembering to add some water occasionally. Even with that strategy I'll still start the day with an ipa, then switch over.

Which Sierra Nevada do you prefer? I really enjoy Sierra Nevada Torpedo for a fairly cheap IPA.
