    My Trip Report

So I'm going to give this a whirl. First trip report. I have made attempts in the past but it just seemed like too much to write. My trips are usually with the guys and are absolutely insane. This weekend will be different, or I hope it will anyway. Im solo. Looking to relax, sleep by the pool and maybe get in a little bit of mischief. However, I do apologize in advance if this bores anyone.

I took a flight out of JFK at 10. Arrived in vegas an hour ago no issue.
I had some friends in town going to a convention at Flamingo and we all
Happened to be arriving in Vegas same time from 3 different airports.
So I just met them at baggage and jumped in their cab.

I arrived at Aria maybe 45 minutes ago. I got a upfront room comp
Via a host with no prior play history at Mlife (thanks to someone
On this site). Check in was smooth, 3 minutes. Standard king
Room, pretty nice, I bet the suites are bomb.

In route to elevators from check in I tossed $100 on the roulette wheel and
Got dollar chips. I usually play red or green chips so this was new to me. Like I said, trying to take it easy this trip. Anyways, 5 spins later I'm up $600.00

Gonna grab a quick shower and head on out. Need to put some funds on deposit and find my host. I am having dinner with my girlfriends father this evening who happens to randomly in town for a convention. With that being said, I have to stay somewhat sober and coherent till I knock that out. Was going to go to lotus of Siam but couldn't snag a reservation as they are booked till Monday. Not cool Lotus! I need you!
I'm sure I will conjure up a suitable alternative. No worries.

I will try to update this over the weekend If I'm sober enough to type.
I am only here one night, off to my home of away from home tomorrow.

    Thanks for reading.

Update: locked my chips away but took one black with me
Before I left the room to pool.
Got some dollar chips on the wheel and after a few nice hits
And a monster on 17 I was quickly up another grand.
Gave some back but walked away with another
600 profit. So for my 3 hours at aria I am up 1200.

Stopped by the cage and put my bankroll on deposit
Less the chips. Called my host who came out to meet me.
Seems like a good dude. Now poolside driving frozen drinks.
    Yum.

    More to come

Great start to your trip! Keep the winning going. I'll be staying at the Aria for the first time in a corner suite in about two weeks so I am eager to hear about your thoughts of the property and your gambling experiences. Thanks for sharing and good Luck!!!!

    Update:
So after drinks at the pool I was scheduled to meet my girlfriends father for
Dinner. We decided on Lemongrass here at the Aria. Food was pretty good, nothing special. I asked for level 8 of 10 spicy and it was maybe a 2.
The bill was like 60 bucks. My girlfriends dad refused to let me pay even though I assured him it would be on the house. Anyways the degenerate I am I decided to squeeze in some table time before dinner. I pulled a marker for 1k in nickels and quickly lost it to the wheel with no time to recoup. Had to meet the man.

After dinner I went directly back to the same table and took a marker for 3k
The wheel was not cooperating and it was a battle to the bitter end. At several points I was down to my last 3 or 4 nickels. I managed to walk away up 500 after clocking just shy of 4 hours at 275 average. From what i saw Everything at aria is done on pencil and paper as far as ratings go. So I don't know how long it takes to update in the system but I'm interested to get my total rating and calculate my theo for the day.

Aside from my room comp, I have charged only 16 bucks on a pool drink so I think it's time to go rack up some charges. I should also note at one point I had 100 straight up on 20 and atleast another 50 on the splits. The ball actually bounced in the 20, hung around a sec and the popped straight out. I literally smacked myself in the face and now have a splitting headache. On one of my comebacks I did hit 1 for 1400 bucks and then I pulled my bet except for one chip. You guessed it...repeated. That hurt. I chased the elusive 20 the entire 4 hours. It finally hit and I colored up. Just got back to the room and I'm still in my swim trunks. Time to shower and head out. To where you ask, I have no idea....

Just organized the bankroll. Up 400 right now.
I am very happy with that I was I was down nearly 3k 45 min ago

Update: will try to peace this together as best as possible.

Left Aria last night after updated report and heading to flamingo to meet some ofriends. Decided it would be time to learn some craps. I started with nickels at 100 buy in, 10 min table and had what the table called a monster roll. I rolled nearly two dozen times before crapping out. I left up 325.
I then went to dollar roulette with my buddy and lost it all plus the extra profit I took with me from Aria. Now just bout even.

I walked from Flamingo to Cosmo and decided to play with my usual dealers. However it was 3 and they don't start till 4am. I took out a 2k marker and played anyway. Again major ups and downs, I was up 3500 at one point. I then changed table to play with some really hot chicks but lost 2k of it before leaving. Clocked 3 hours at 300 avg and haven't checked in yet.

I then went to Aria payed some more, won another 500 and went up to room. I started freaking out bc i was missing a purple chip. Lost it? Stolen? . However on my way downstairs the pit boss found me and said I colored it up with my nickels, she gave it back. Awesome. Respect

I then went to Aria cafe. Ordered carrot cake pancakes and some mexican breakfast burrito. I was super tasty but I actually fell asleep at the table. Was woke I by server. It the left and hit the tables again while I was waiting for Friends to show. Good session. Between aria and Cosmo I a up 2500 right now.
I comped my buddies breakfast and they are eating as we speak.

I am about to go to spa the get haircut at aria before checkout.
    Cosmo time baby!

Meeting w my aria host soon to get my actual rating.
