Any E book authors in the house?

I am ready to release my first E book, and having trouble with finding and making a cover. I don't want to spend money having someone else do it, but maybe that's the way to go. Any tips or advice is needed and welcome.

 

Out of curiosity...What method of publishing are you using?

 

go to the website fiverr.com. You can find someone to do it for five bucks. If you don't like it, it was only five bucks.

 

Can't help on the cover art as I've never self-published, but a BIG congrats on gettin' 'er done!!!!!

 

Thank you. It only took about ten years and to many edits and rewrites to count..LOL I think maybe i was just afraid to let the world see it. It's been fun and frustrating at the same time.

 

That's exactly what I was gonna say. There are a lot of talened people on fiverr and it's super cheap.

I'd buy any one of these "gigs". Each seller has a 5 star rating out of hundreds of orders.
