I have played w/ $$$ my wife gave me
( she couldn't make the trip ) so she gave
me money to play for her.
I never hit one number with all her dough !
    >
I rarely play Roulette - sometimes years go by -
    before I sit down, again.
    But I don't think I've EVER hit a number !
If I did......I'd probably play it more.

I used to be a killer at 3 Card Poker. Last 2 trips, can hardly do anything.

Let It Ride. I might as well hand over my money and just watch for the 10 minutes it takes to lose it all. I won $950 the first time I ever played the game 5 years ago and have given it all back plus some since then.

yeah I almost never do any good at BJ. although one trip I was getting slaughtered at Bacc, so I sat down at BJ and won a few thousand and went back to Bacc and won all my money back. and another trip I sat down at BJ and didn't lose a hand for 2 shoes and left +10k. so I still do play occasionally for that reason - just enough good luck to suck me back in and take my money.

Same here for Mississippi Stud. Never won a hand at that game.

On UTH, The first 2 time I played it, nothing. I have done fairly well with it this year, though. Several 4OAKs, a few full houses and many straights and flushes.

Craps for sure. I pretty much buy-in now knowing I'll lose. I've come to terms with it.

Three Card Poker and Let It Ride...

I actually have pretty decent luck at Mississippi Stud...albeit I have only logged ~10 hours...have hit many pairs, several three of a kinds, a couple full houses, and a four of a kind...ALL of which were at Margaritaville...

Never win at PH or MGM

Same here....MS stud crushes me (volatility numbers are off the charts compared to other carny games). Still pretty new to UTH but have done fairly well thus far, both at the tables and practicing online.

3-10 hand of Jacks or Better on Video Poker. For whatever reason I get absolutely crushed every time I play this machine.

However when I play 100 hand Jacks or Better I've killed it. Can't figure it out...

Poker. I definitely don't have the personality and patience for it. Plus I don't like the volatile chip stack fluctuations. Played it once and lost about $180. Hated it.

I can only deal with games where you can mostly flat bet or just flat bet all together. Only game I can think of is baccarat and that is where I excel in it.

My biggest loser is always roulette. I'm still chasing a huge win from January 2009 (bet 60 on B8 and it hit ) and wind up with just these wild swings of ups and downs.

Oh and Pai Gow Poker. Played it once with a few poker buddies at Foxwoods. Lost a measley $80. Did it to see if the game suits me.

Realized another silly game by the casino to find more suckers to meet its bottom line.

Funny thing is my poker friends think baccarat is a silly and boring game thinking it is some fancy game of coin toss without the coin.

I love three-card, and I will continue to play it, but I'm sure I lose more money there than anywhere else in Vegas.
I've had several very good sessions though, and if I honestly added up all of my wins and losses, it's probably not as bad as I think it is.
The big wins are rare and fleeting. The 'drop another $100' situations seem to happen all-too frequently.

I've had days when I hit 9 total trips & straight-flushes...I even hit the AKQ of clubs at the Plaza for a quick $500 on the bonus bet alone.
Other days, it took me hours of play just to hit one straight-flush.
On average, I probably hit one high pay-out about every 1-2 hours of play.
Still - I routinely win at blackjack and when I get up $200 or so, I go to the 3-card table, and it sure seems like I lose that $200 far more often than I walk away even or up.
I've actually had good luck with the Texas Hold-Em table game...
I'm hoping to try out 'high-hand flush' on my next trip. It has a low HA (for a carnival game), and it looks like it might be fun.
We'll see if it kicks my ass or not.

    My normal Vegas trips

    Win at BJ
Go and lose that money at craps, slots, roulette
    Win at BJ
Go and lose that money at craps, slots, roulette
    Win at BJ
Go and lose that money at craps, slots, roulette
    Win at BJ
Go and lose that money at craps, slots, roulette

Every now and then you can throw in some minor wins at craps/slots. The casino has made a fair amount of money from my on Roulette and the sole reason is Natedog's trip reports. :)

Played Let It Ride a few years a number of years back and will never play again.

The Monopoly Slots. It doesn't matter on which Monopoly slot because they all are a complete drain and kick my ass every time.

Craps is like being in a relationship with a hot bipolar woman.
Crazy mean one moment kicking me in the nuts and taking all my money.
Later that day she is throwing money at me and giving me fire bets.
But she is so hot its all worth it.

I played a couple sessions of high card flush at PH when I stayed there in July....SUPER boring. UTH is my new favorite, and I still enjoy 3CP and C4P from time to time. Try it for yourself, but I just did not see the fun in looking at 7 cards and hoping that a bunch of them were the same suit. Maybe if they came out with a bonus bet that rewarded various poker hands rather than just the straight flush bonus bet that they have now.

Same here. The game reminds me of a bully back in grade school. I always would get beat from him. Once in a great while I would get a couple of good licks in and then Wham! I get beat down again. And again.

    But I always get up.:eek::beer:

blackjack with the CSM (continuous shuffle machine). If you ever look at the guts, it doesn't look anything like a normal shoe.

Come to think of it, I get my ass handed to me by any game that uses a shufflemaster device to move cards. They can say the shuffle is random, but I can't trust the machines.
