Sorry to post this here, not really Vegas related but I know there are plenty of CET members here that have played at their home casino that offer the promotion of a 10x multiplier on certatin dates. Haven't taken advantage of this until 2 days ago, Harrahs Chester, and my question is how or can I even question Harrahs on this I swiped card at kiosk before play, which was about 3 hours, 214 tier credits earned and for this I got $3.02 ? This is what I would normally earn so I was expecting to see $30. If this was multiplied 10x that means I only earned 30cents. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a way to correct it.
My experience has been that the bonus $ post several days after the day of play. The casino website actually states: Bonus Reward Credits™ will be posted to guests accounts within 5 days of promotional date. http://www.harrahsphilly.com/events/10x-comp-multiplier.html#.UiUxmDY0WuI
It takes at least a few days for the credits to update with the multiplier. Usually around a week for me. You won't see them right away at the casino or online. You'll see them added in your account after several days.
My understanding is that the multiplier is on "base credits" earned in a casino day. So if you earned 216 base credits, then you would immediately receive $2.16 in RC, then a few days later 9 times that amount would be added to your account.
Thanks to those taking the time to respond, didn't realize there would be a delay, but after reading your comments I took the time to read the small print and as you said, "3544", up to 5 days.
It does show up a few days later as everyone stated. It also seems as if CET and myself do math a little bit different as I never get what I think I should get. With what you noted below you would expect to see a total of $30.02 appx. It will be less I can almost guarantee it . But I really don't know how they calculate. I'm happy with what ever "times" I end up with.
That is probably because some of those RCs she earned would be bonus RCs for playing certain slots. Her earned TCs and RCs would be 214 but she got 302, so 88 more after bonuses. I don't play those games which give you bonus RCs but I think the multiplier only applies to the actual 214 she earned. Here is the fine print from my latest multiplier: So the way I read it she should end up with (10 * 214) + 88 = 2228 or $22.28.
We played the 10X multiplier on a Monday at the Grand Biloxi and they didn't put the extra amount onto our cards until Friday (the day we were leaving, of course). A host did tell me that they don't calculate them until after midnight the night of the promotion but she forgot to tell me it would then be days later before they showed up. I'm not sure what takes so long since everything should be computerized.
