September rates strip and off strip

    Looking at a possible trip this September (SW fares are looking really good from Pittsburgh) I am finding the weekend rates and rates overall to be very high at CET and MLife properties even Boyd. I know the IHeart music festival is going on the 20th and 21st but that weekends rates are nowhere near the others although still high, any reasons why?
