I was wondering which sports books provide a drink ticket for every bet, regardless of amount of $ placed.

    A few examples:

The Mirage = $10 minimum bet for a drink ticket
Caesars = $5 minimum bet for a drink ticket
Luxor = $5 minimum bet for a drink ticket
Harrahs = $20 minimum bet for a drink ticket

I would like to try the MGM Grand, but have no clue. I would prefer to get a drink ticket for a $2 horse racing bet.

Bellagio serves free drinks to anyone sitting in the lower level of the Sports Book. No tickets needed.

I don’t hang out in the sportsbooks too often – usually just place my bets and watch the game elsewhere. So, I don’t have extensive knowledge on the subject. But, I do know two things…

Monte Carlo - $125 (per a sign in the book I saw this time last year)

Wynn - $300 (per the attendant when I asked for more than one ticket for my $500 worth of bets a few months ago - though he still gave me two more tickets so it's obviously not a hard and fast rule)

But tipping when I place my bets has almost always resulted in me getting plenty of tickets.

Are drink tickets new at the Wynn? I was in the sportsbook there in January of this year and me and my buddies were served drinks without drink tickets or even having placed a bet there. Just in the book checking out some scores and lines and the cocktail waitress came and took our orders and brought 3 drinks.

Maybe she was attracted to me and if that's the case I missed the chance! :grrr:

The last couple years when we go to Vegas during football season; we hang out at the Bellagio sportsbook. The reason being is that you don't need a ticket for a drink. The waitresses are just walking around taking orders. As long as you tip they come back.

I don't know if this is normal during the week or non football season.

We usually stay at Aria and their sportsbook typically requires at least a $50 bet.

You say "lower level" of the sports book. Forgive me, I have never been there. Is there two or three sections?

I assume he means the non-race seats. AKA, the seats without individual TVs

I will mention that there is a huge difference between horse bets and sports bets when it comes to drink tickets. It is significantly easier to get them with horse betting.

I would stick to the Bellagio if you want one for every $2 bet. That simply isn't profitable for them so no casino is regularly going to give you a drink ticket for every $2 bet you place.

A friend and I were at LVH and drank free for at least 3 hrs. We did tip and I did bet just sports and was never asked if I was betting or had to show betting slip
