Ive been a member of TR for 3 years now and only really started using the card a lot last year . Ive not had ONE offer from them for anything . Some mentioned they might be in my account and cant see them until I look at trying to book something and it might show up . Well ive tried everything and theres nothing extra there for me . Everything I try and book is the same as not having an TR account at all . I mustve put a good few grand through the slots last year on the last trip so was expecting something .

    Any ideas ?

Wondering what you mean "using the card a lot in the last year".....at what properties and what is "a lot"? CET goes by daily averages....for example, my hubby is a small gambler...plays minimums on slots and doesn't run a lot of $ thru the machines. The last 2 years, he used my card on a couple of trips to ensure I kept Diamond status. Therefore, his offers dried up and got no offers. He has used his card for the last month at our local riverboat and is starting to receive small offers of reduced rates in LV. If you are looking for something in LV....try going thru the "reservations" tab after logging in and then enter your dates. I get 5-6 comp nites when my offers are only 3 nites. Hubby gets reduced rates on his now. Good luck!!

Not to play Captain Obvious, but when you go to the Total Rewards site, have you first set-up an on-line account that requires a login name and password? If so, do you go through the all-properties Las Vegas calendar?

My wife is very much a "$20 bill in and play minimum credits" kinda gal, and she has plenty of discounted rooms. If your significant play isn't reflected, there could be a glitch in the matrix (like an incorrect address or something else going on). Suggest that you call them and see what might be going on.

    Good luck.

Yes, don't look at your offer. Sign in to your account, then go down to the link on the rate calender that says all Las Vegas hotels. You will see the rates at each property for up to a year. If you're going for a weekend or part of a weekend is will be discounted. If you go Sun-Fri like i do, you will see comped rooms at a few of the Hotels.
I went in May to Rio comped, in 10 days i'm comped at Caesars, and in Nov. i'm comped at Bally's. But you must use the rate calender and make sure you are signed in. I get tons of "offers", but i prefer free rooms using the calender. I'd rather have a free room than a discounted room with "offers".
I am only Gold.........if you're Platinum or above, you can get free rooms AND no resort fee.
Your TR # is on your card.........but you must sign in. You will know that it took the number because it will only say "sign out".

    Do NOT rely on offers.

    Go to RATE CALENDAR.

By the way, how many Tier Credits do you have this year?

    Last year?

Offers are tied to Theo, but if you have 200 TC's, then that helps us a bit.

    Thanks for the replies .

Yes I can login to my TR account . I have 35,000 credits .

Ive went to the rate calendar and looked everywhere and theres no comped rooms . Ive looked at my rates then logged out and looked as a new member and the rates are the same .

Last year on my one trip I put through about $4,000 in about 5 days playing roughly 5 hours a day .

    Hope this helps .

Your tier score is 35,000? If that's the case, you are midlevel diamond and should be getting free basic rooms at every property, and suites at some properties. Wherever you want to stay, call and ask to speak to a host or VIP services. Give them your TR number and ask what they can do for you.

Even if the 35,000 you are referring to is RCs, that still requires a good amount of play, much more than is required to get free rooms at CET props. The only way I could see you not getting room comps in Vegas would be if your tier/RCs were built over many frequent trips to your local casino.

    something doesnt add up here.

if you have 35,000 .is that tier or rewards towards food and stuff becuase at 35,000 tier you would diamond and you would get plenty off comps.

what status are you gold , platnium or diamond thats will help us to start

Sorry NO its reward credits and its still gold as ive only used it last year. As mentioned 35,000 does take a good amount of playing to get there .

I am from Scotland so only make it once or twice a year so its not by playing every weekend or so like a local .

Okay, a bit more information. Being from across the pond, it appears offers are not as strong. Not sure if it is distance, or less frequent visits.

Next - you said "gold: and I only used it last year. What are you NOW? How many tier credits do you have now?

    When was your last visit?

How do you have 35k RCs if your last trip was last year? They expire after 6 months of no activity. Unless you use a TR credit card or something?

even if you have very little play you should get something off by using the card even if its the quad or rio so something doesnt add up ,are you trying for a holiday like new years or something special like that

If you have $35000 credits there maybe something wrong with your account.

What games do you play? How many hours do you play a day and what is your average bet?

CET is a lot tighter with comps than smaller casino operators like Boyd or Station. If your a low roller you may never get any. That's why I switched to Boyd some years ago.

I agree you have a better chance scoring comps at an independent operator. Low rollers are able to score CET rooms using the rate calendar, but CET is more stingy with freeplay/food and other comps in Vegas vs. their other properties. Not sure why the OP cannot find comp nights on the All Vegas calendar based on their reported play.

Several people have noted Stations have tightened up their comps (multiple properties down to one or two offers, full comps replaced by casino rate) and they have begun pulling FP machines over the past year (my offers were also tighter in 2013).

Beyond the Boyd properties, I have found LVH to be very generous for nominal play (Green Chip Blackjack, machine play including 9/6 JOB) and they have decent rooms. TI requires more play than LVH, but you can still score offers.

I found the best way to score comps is to seed a future offer with a few hours play at a casino you want to stay at during the next trip. Casinos usually follow-up with a "try us out" offer, banking on the fact that they can convert a portion of these new players into solid customers.

Yes, something doesn't add up. It may have to do with you being overseas because with play as you describe your mailbox should be full of offers from CET. I would call up Caesars Palace, ask for casino marketing, and let them help you.

Certainly being across the pond gets us a lot less. I asked once and was told it was because they know we have to pay a lot for the airfare so freeplay, food and beverage etc will make no difference to whether we go to Vegas. However, you should be getting free rooms through the rate calendar. I phoned them last year because mine was showing nothing at all. I queried it and was told that is what the computer says, no changing it even though I was diamond. However two days later they were all there again. Phone them and keep an eye each day on the calendar as well. The Quad at least should be free for a few nights.

A few years ago I was also not getting any offers. My husband would get them but not me. I could not understand why because I always gambled more than he did. I finally called them and asked why. I was told someone had checked a box on my profile that said I did not want any offers. I don't know how that could have happend or even if that was true but after my conversation with them I started receiving offers.

This is the most likely. Just being in the system without any action still gets some mailings. They are always trying to get you back through the door one way or the other, and a complete lack of mailings and offers make what Carole says the most logical.

    Check it.

If it's set to receive offers, then I have to say something just doesn't make sense in the whole story/situation. Then it's time to write Vito Conti, Customer Relations, Total Rewards. here.

No comp room for me, either.

I'm just back last week, stayed (some comp) and played at Harrah's. Trying to book next trip for October and rates are terrible, with not a single comp night. I'm hoping for a mailer with some promotions, but I will stay elsewhere if they don't make me a better offer.

LVH is pretty liberal with them, my father in law gets offers from them a few times a year and hardly plays. I opted for Boyd over Station because they have better locations and they are still pretty generous to grinders like my self.
