This morning I caught an episode of Frazier which is still syndicated over here in the UK.

It was the one where Frazier and Niles befriend a Russian caviar smuggler and end up setting up a supply chain.

Needless to say, this reminded me how fond I am of caviar, and I set out on a search for Vegas caviar restaurants.

I found a couple of old-ish articles that the bellagio buffet offers unlimited caviar in the usual weekend price.

Is anyone able to confirm this? Or offer a review of the product itself?

    Thanks

As someone mentioned in a thread recently and I also recently stumbled on, the Sterling Brunch at Bally's also has Caviar as well as Lobster tails on the buffet. Not sure about Bellagio though.

When we where there in beginning of April they did have it on the weekend gourmet dinner.
They had 3 choices of caviar and blini + toppings available.

Also made-to-order sushi handrolls on a side note.

Here's what someone wrote on Yelp:
It's weird that it's such a premium item that Bellagio obviously added to try to bring some hype to a buffet that's been sort of stagnent for a few years now, but nobody is talking about it. A few Yelp reviews mention it in passing, with only one person actually talking about it in detail (the above quote). And there's only one picture of the caviar.

And the most important part of the post:
I love Frasier! And that episode was one of the best! When they start stuffing their faces full of caviar on the boat, I lose it every time.

I think part of the reason is because gourmet went out the door years ago. They gave the class and hype up when they started allowing people in wearing flip flops and board shorts lol.
