I just hope Britney lays OFF the Meatloaf between now and then so she fits into her costume.

Shes never gonna be like she was at 18 but for 31 and 2 kids shes looking pretty good in her video that came out last week

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVcSNnqRD0c

Meatloaf will be there for 6 weeks in the Rocktails and Cocktails show they wont build anything for him specifically.

I also think she will do well (assuming she does not psycho-meltdown, quite possible). The girl has been around since the late 1990's and a good number of 20 - 30 somethings grew up listening to her.

The 20-30 something crowds that bring all the boys and...well...money to the yard in Vegas these days will go crazy. Two of the girls in my close group alone have brought it up.

The more girls that come to Vegas equals more girls in the clubs, the more girls in the clubs equals more money to the clubs because the boys will be spending money.

We know your slot card deserves more attention but this demographic flings a $20 in the machine, it disappears and we realize...hey we would rather get a top shelf drink for that without waiting for a drink girl to make her rounds :)

she will attract a lot of cougars in there 30s and 40s and people from the boonies who still think britanny spears is popular, thats why she's at PHo and not a place like wynn, mgm,or venetian. those places dont go for that type of young crowd they go for a more modern young crowd that spends a lot of money but cet is good at getting the young crowds who arent into the club scene and dont have money and are more casual from places like iowa.

I think the show will do well too. I may not want to see her but somebody like Brittany Spears that has had a lot of hits over a long period of time is going to have a large fan base.

Think about this.....seriously, how many people thought the Donnie and Marie show would have lasted so long and be so popular? I know I didn't but I wouldn't mind going to see them now.

Who knows, maybe I'll change my mind about this show too after the reviews. I do like that idea of her in Peep Show....:wink2:

Dean couldn’t agree more. In fact, I have always wondered when Madonna would start realizing she was no longer relevant (hideous Super Bowl appearance comes to mind) and book a long-term agreement with one of the larger properties. I also am no huge fan of Ms. Spears and lump her in with all other synthesized voice studio goofs. However, she does seem to have had longer shelf life than a Janet Jackson. It’s a smart play, do a short term string of appearances and pocket some cash.

    This time its for real

A special email went out to employees of Planet Hollywood, Caesars Entertainment and several other major Las Vegas strip hotels on Tuesday inviting them to "come play a part in the biggest announcement in Las Vegas Entertainment History," BreatheHeavy.com can confirm.

The participants will meet at Planet Hollywood then shuttled to an undisclosed location for the major event.

"Expect this event to generate global media attention, so you don't want to miss out!"

This event is NOT available to the public, but you'll know what's up come the 17th.
