Slots Favorite Casinos For Traditional $5 Three-Reel Slots?

Only played the $5 traditional three-reels at MGM Grand thus far.

Have done reasonably well:

I'm still net up by a bit (over a few trips)--with my biggest net trip win being in the very low five-figure range.

Have heard someone else mention NYNY as a favorite spot for $5 slots and up...any other casinos that have been good to you?

Hit 2 $600 mirage and aria and 1k at Monte Carlo on wof on minimal play $10 a pull.

 

Hopefully I can mimic that on my upcoming trip. that is my go to slots.

 

I won 4 grand on a $5 Double Double Diamond slot at Planet Hollywood several years ago and still have to throw a hundred through it every trip. Even without the big hit I'm still up on this machine with all the small hits since.

Most $5 I have seen are usually 3x for max bet. $15 is a bit steep but can handle $10 max bet.

I like to hunt down a 2-coin $5 game at least once a trip and put $500 in and see what happens. I've had pretty good results with Double-Gold and Triple-Strike. You definitely have to be a bit patient as it's easy to spin 20 straight times and get paid zilch, but then you might get that spin that pays 40, 60 or a 'jackpot'-like amount. Three red sevens and a triple got me $900 once. It's a very different experience that the penny slots where they can pay you something (usually less than your bet ) on more than half the spins.

Another maneuver is to find a multi-denomination slot that wants 3 coins but play it at the $2 level.
