I have been to Strip House on each of my last two trips to Las Vegas, including two nights ago prior to seeing Peepshow. With the exception of the ambiance which is a little too darkened for my taste, is there a better steakhouse in Las Vegas? I have been to many but this has become my go-to.

Would love to hear other people's thoughts.

Gordon Ramsey Steak. It's a must for me. Coincidentally, if you would have posed this thread 2 years ago, I would have said Les Artistes Steakhouse, which occupied the space where GRS is now

Gordon Ramsey Steak and Craftsteak are on my list but because I usually end up staying at PH, and since last time we were seeing Peepshow right next store to Strip House, I keep returning there.

I agree with other posters as to GR Steak, but be advised if you are looking for a romantic setting for a quiet conversation, this is not the place. Some nights you cannot hear accross the table as the music is so loud!

We just tried StripSteak at Mandalay Bay and it was Fantastic. We ate at Strip House the previous trip (about a month before that), and honestly, I think I prefer StripSteak. I had the American Wagyu Rib "Eye" and it was out of this world! My husband had the dry-aged bone-in ribeye and he really enjoyed that as well.

The first time we ate at old Homestead it was great the second time it was not as good we should have complained.

I've always liked smith and wollenskys, between MGM and p-ho.

Bouchon in Venetian is more of a French bistro than classic steakhouse, but it was pretty excellent when I had dinner there last fall.

Bouchon is excellent no doubt, if you can find it. It took some time for us to get there.

Cut, Strip Steak and Delmonico's are my top three. I did not like Craftsteak. Their Ceaser Salad was disgusting and set up a really bad experience.
