Looks like the trend is now the standard. Looks as if just about all hotels on the strip will have a burger and beer/pub by the end of summer. I welcome them. As to me, nothing satisfies me more than a nice juicy burger. Besides, it's the American way! The addition with the pub style establishments and gastropubs (Todd English PUB, Public House-Venetian), are also welcoming. I really hope these dont get dumbed down however. As a beer aficionado :) it would be really painful to see them serving a Blue Moon in one of these places and call it a "craft brew" - Blue Moon comes from the guys at Coors, so... yah. Not much of a local brewery. Actually the selection isn't too bad at Ramsay's BurGR. However, they need a few more selections than the brown ales and IPA's served there. Anyways, have a look and I'll see you at the bar!

While I agree that this is good for Vegas as I enjoy the pub atmosphere and food, I have to disagree about Blue Moon. While owned/developed by Coors, it's roots are pretty craft-based...getting its jump at the Rockies home stadium.

I'm not slamming Blue Moon and it's roots... It's no question it began as a craft style local brew. I've just noticed the last few visits to Vegas, and really any bar or restaurant across the US, the influx of Blue Moon into a bars standard line up.
