Today I tried to purchase a couple rewards. When I did a box popped up and said the email account associated with this account has already been used to purchase rewards (or something like that). I haven't purchased any rewards since back in february for our april trip. Anyone else run into this today?
Another user had something that sounds like this happen a few months ago. I'm not sure if it's what happened to you, but it sounds like you need to contact MyVegas support and have them look at the account. https://www.vegasmessageboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92051&highlight=email+redeem
I emailed them today but haven't heard back yet. I am wondering if its because my wife and I share an email address.
There is a limit of 1 email address per mLife account in regards to the game. Use another email address and try again.
Tried 3 different email addresses and got the same message each time. Still haven't heard back from support yet.
