may be a silly question..but here goes anyway

Planning on doing some shopping early in the day one day and then have a tour at Bally's. Would we be able to drop off our shopping bags at the bell desk at Bally's (not staying there if that matters) so we can do the tour bag-free or is only luggage allowed to be checked at the desk?

It just gets put on a shelf with a claim tag, so shouldn't be a problem at all.

If its really a worry you could just bring a folding bag/carry on of some type and put everything in it.

I'm a leery type so if it were me I wouldn't leave an open shopping bag with multiple things in it at the Bell Desk. To risky and tempting in my book.

I've checked gift bags before, golf clubs, and other packages that weren't luggage, with no problems. This was not at Bally's though...........

I have stayed at BALLYS many times

The Bell men are very nice. I always use one to take my luggage to my room.

My advise is to just put a small lock on your carry-on bag or one of those
plastic ties that you have to cut open with scissors.

I think it is very safe at Ballys. You will also be taking a long walk to the
Paris Hotel that is connected to BALLYS and you will have more fun without your carry-on bags. LucyR.
