I'm pretty sure they all do now. They even have places to plug them in at your seat.

    Just about all

Plus, they have apps for them and they actually want you to bet from them instead of having to employ humans to take your money at the windows.

If it is a Cantor Sportsbook, many are contracted to Cantor, I guarantee you can do it.

It is basically the future of sportsbooks.

I can't recall being in one that doesn't allow it. Basically, the law used to be that you couldn't use any sort of electronic communications devices inside the sportsbooks, and that in practice meant that laptops and tables were verboten. They updated the law relatively recently, so that now you're only barred from using devices when you're actually at the betting window. I spent a couple mornings during my Mandalay Bay trip in April working on my laptop from their sportsbook (comfortable chairs, bar right there, and reasonably quiet).

    Thanks

For all that answered, big help. Not that I need it but do any offer free wi-fi also?

Varies. I know that most of the MGM places do, with the rest rolling out this summer (they've been making a big deal out of this initiative), and I was using it just fine at Mandalay Bay last month.

I was at Bellagio sportsbook and was told I could not use my tablet at the window but could use it at my seat.

How exactly does that work? What's to keep you from using it somewhere other than vegas (where it would be illegal)

I'm sure they require some sort of Location Services to be on while you're using the app that makes sure you're in the general area. There's a MyVegas app that keeps you from scanning codes from Vegas unless you're IN Vegas.

Exactly, I have an account with Cantor and place bets on my IPad or IPhone weekly, but must have the location services feature turned on or it won't work. I often have the feature turned-off to enhance battery-life and can't log on to my account with Cantor until I turn it back on and it verifies. I tried once from Louisville and no go!
