So I found it odd that I never got my summer general corporate offer when everyone else already received theirs. Today I logged onto MLife.com and found that all of my offers have been wiped out, not even the tier level discounts remain o_O

I wouldn't put it past the site to be screwing up, it often shows no offers and then they reappear. I can see mine but that's not saying much.

What tier are you now? Could it be you've not fallen so far off the radar that you actually don't get anything?

To get your tier level discount, you simply need to try to book a reservation through the mlife site. It will strike through the rack rate and post your discount rate below it.

I'm gold, with maybe 60% of my TC from resort charges, the rest from gaming. I found it odd that I never received a summer offer, but I was emailed a couple comp night stay from NYNY directly.

Doesn't hurt to call and ask. They could just say, "no."

They'll most likely just give you a casino rate.

I'm actually already booked for a week and July and I just booked for The Signature for Thanksgiving, so I'm taking care of, but I was just double checking my reservation and noticed all my offers were gone and found it weird.

I also found it weird I never received my summer offers. It looks like the website was just glitching again and my old offers are back, but I still only have the corporate Spring offer and my tier level discounts for each hotel. Anyone else not received their summer offer yet?

I haven't received any corporate offers in a couple of years.

Offers are tied to AVERAGE PLAY on past visits. It is NOT tied to TIER.

I know offers are tied to your play, but are the ones marked TIER offers based upon average play? Or are they just a general discount based upon your tier? I have plenty of real comp offers but then all these tier discounts which just appear to be an X amount of percentage off.

Yesterday I had a conversation with the person in charge of the MLife program who works in Corporate Marketing. We spoke for about a 1/2 hour. He explained to me that they have had their challenges with the MLife site (no kidding!). I, too, have received NO offers on MLife or via email or via snail mail for almost a year from either MGM Corporate or from individual MGM properties. He said that should not be happening and would look into it. He said they have just stabilized the MLife site and will be working with the properties to get property offers and Corporate offers back onto the site. I've been fortunate in that I book my trips through MGM Corporate hosts and have always gotten comp rooms, tickets, etc. during this dry spell of corporate and property offers. He also said they are trying different marketing techniques. He also did verify that Express Comps are NOT going away. So, stay tuned! Hopefully it improves!

Yeah, it would be nice to have the actual offers listed on the website and/or a rate calendar like CET. Having to call in to see what you might be able to get is a pain when you're just kicking around the idea of a vacation and have 4-5 dates in mind and everything is up in the air. It's a shame MLife's website is so horrible, they have the best resort group on the strip.

Holy cow! I just logged into my mLife account for the first time in several weeks because we're thinking of making a trip soon. See a new summer offer in there that is ridiculously awful! A small fraction of the freeplay and resort credit from my spring offer and says 3 nights in a regular room instead of 3 nights in a suite like the spring offer and 2-for-1 show tickets instead of 2 free show tickets. Also noticed my TCs somehow dropped like 20k points. WTF?

The spring offer expires 5/31, anyone know if I can book it before then even if its an early June trip? Or are they just going to go down to my summer offer?

So, I finally got my corporate Summer offer, and, unlike everyone else it seems, my offers improved a bit from Spring to Summer. I went from only reduced rates to a mixture of comped room any night, comped weekday rooms, and comped rooms with the purchase of rooms (depending on the property, of course).

My BF got his corporate offers, but I still haven't gotten mine. His offers improved from the spring offer - even though his tier number (or whatever you call it - the number that is on the end of many of the offer codes) went down (from 53 to 56). His free play went from $275 to $400 , Resort credit went from $100 to $250. He could only get suites at the Monte Carlo and below. Now he can get suites everywhere except Aria and Bellagio. This was with no play since last September.

Sometimes the M Life site just boggles my mind. I've been going in every few hours to see if my corporate offer is there yet - and I can't get a consistent number of offers for anything. It's 28 offers, then it's 25, then it's 24, then it's back to 28. Justin Bieber shows up, then he's gone, now he's back again :) I mean really - if you run the same query on the same database and can't get the same results consistently - you got some problems that you need to fix.

The ones marked Tier Discount are based on your tier level.

I'm Platinum, and mine are all 20% off, except for certain suites at certain hotels that they simply don't discount.

20% isn't really any better than you can usually get with a publicly available offer code, but, the MLife site will let you book some room types (at the discounted rate) that don't show up in the regular hotel booking engine when using some offer codes.

Like Aria might have a public offer code for 20% off and when you go into the regular booking engine, you can only book a regular Corner Suite, but in MLife, you can also book a City View or Panoramic.

I would to chat with the marketing folks. In a positive way, really.

They would be well served to have some customer groups to bounce ideas off of. To test ideas, websites, promos, and the like. They might find out in a hurry that some things might look good from the Ivory Tower, but gamblers could care less.

I would think some ongoing groups at various levels would provide much more direction than outside consultants, or inside staff people too busy saying "yes: the bosses.

I'm Platinum as well and receive 25% off. They also let you book Skysuites at Aria through the mlife site. I'm not sure I've ever seen a publicly available offer code for the Skysuites.

Though, I could be mistaken about that since it's been a while that I've gone looking for an offer code!

The head of the MLife program I spoke to said they did focus groups in Feb/Mar and basically everything I told him is in line with the results of the focus groups. He said he could have saved $ if he'd talked to me sooner...lol!

Regardless, I agreed to speak with him again whenever they needed input. I definitely was positive in saying that MGM properties have, IMO, the best rooms/restaurants/entertainment, etc...but the MLife program and marketing strategy/marketing inconsistencies need to be addressed.

After reading this I checked for my Summer offers and the were well below my Spring, which was well below my Winter. I figured it was just the time of year - they are busier now. I guess not.

What I don't understand is that my Winter offer - which arrived after my October trip was great. My Summer offer - which arrived after my April trip is crap. I gambled as least as much as October and my property spend was about the same.

I hate to try to read their minds, but the Winter offer included a suite/limo/F&B. That is above the standard room I normally get. Maybe they figured I took more than I deserved so they are offering less. I was in the casino less time due to not feeling well, but tried to make up for it when I was better.
