Has anyone been there to know what the selection of beer and wine is?

Just curious. Trying to decide to buy this or just use my LVA coupon.

(we did this in February- I'm sorry I cannot remember actual brand, though someone may have posted when I asked about it - have you searched the board?)

The only beer I remember seeing at the register that they offered was Bud Light Lime.

I've eaten there several times and to be honest, I didn't even know they had a bar.

Yes, and the only response was:
"I just did this deal the other day. Bud Light was the only beer option available. And the Red wine was pretty atrocious."

I just thought it would be pretty strange that they sell "unlimited beer and wine" and there was only 1 type of beer. :)

I think you can get "regular" cocktail service as well, it's just if you do the included wine & beer that your choices are limited. I thought the food was pretty good (quite better than TI where we were staying and also had buffets due to discounts) Is it going to be Wynn or Bellagio? No, but you're not paying for that either.

I can drink box wine, no problem, but this was really not very good. The cheapest of boxes, and open for a while?

We have two MyVegas passes and were planning on using these July 3rd as we have BMG tickets that night. I wonder if we'd be able to use these then since the next day is 4th of July.

    Hmmm

Just got back from Vegas. Stayed at the Mirage. Decided we had to do at least one buffet. Tried Cravings. I've had better, much better for less. I was not impressed.

Same way I felt. I thought Golden Corral was better than Cravings.

We purchased this voucher from Travel Zoo - and used it July 2nd. We were both VERY disappointed.

We were promptly informed by our server that the Travelzoo voucher only included 1 kind of beer - Bud Light - and 2 kinds of house wine, red or chardonnay! I saw many different kinds of wine/beer on the menu - I nicely asked why we could not choose from that and our server said MGM makes the rules, it is what it is..! If I drink wine I like Riesling, hubby likes dark beer. Boonesdale tastes better than that crap.
I actually emailed Travelzoo and filed a complaint as our voucher clearly stated "includes all you can drink". The response was "sorry, they can change it anytime they want, it's up to MGM".
The food was sub-par IMO, we eat at ALLOT of buffets - Harrah's was better than Mirage...
Save your money, time.. and I would re-think any Travelzoo purchase. :nono:
