Seems my MGM host has fallen off the edge of the planet. I saw her 2 weeks ago and everything was fine.

Anybody know if MGM had another round of layoffs in the past 2 weeks?

I heard rumors of more turmoil recently. If you need a back up recommendation, send me a PM.

Not likely... their stock just went up, they announced an increase in gaming revenue, announced that hotel room occupancy is up and they are back to turning a profit.

Your host is probably just on vacation, taking a few days off or out doing something for mother's day.

Not so much. After verification she is gone. Guess MGM is still doing some shaking up. I don't have the whole story yet as she was one of their better young hungry hosts.

Wonder if the dealers, check in clerk and slot attendant are still around.

Stockholders love layoffs. I usually see the price of Royal Canadian Veeblefetzer stock increase whenever they announce a round of layoffs.

MGM is moving towards Jim Murren's dream corporate model, where he sits in the ivory tower managing 2 employees company-wide, the slot-tech who repairs the automated bubble craps, auto-roulette, video blackjack machines....and his wife giving out "handies" in the pocket park.

How could the stock not skyrocket?

Well, I got word that she resigned. I have yet to confirm it with her.

They put me with a new host who was extremely accommodating.

do you mind saying who your new host is, or their initials? Just wondering if they put you with the same host Shifter and I have?

They put me in touch with LW.
My previous host was good eye candy when going out to eat, I'll miss that!

LW is my host too.....I find he runs hot and cold, slow on the emails but extremely helpful in person. Hope it works out for you.
