We're coming in on the 22 of May. Coming from the east coast, we get up at 3 am to drive to Boston so we normally eat at a buffet and then take it easy the first night. So we will go to the Bellagio buffet for a late lunch/early dinner.

Going to Pearl at MGM on Th, Mon Ami on Fri and Circo on Sat. Have the Sterling Buffet booked for Sunday. We are leaving late Wednesday night so we always eat an early dinner at Provincial at Paris.

Need to get some options for Monday and Tuesday

we're checking out Gordon Ramsay Steak on our trip in a couple weeks... Also doing Bartolotta, Sage, and our old-school favorite, Piero's. Only one we haven't been to before is Gordon Ramsay, but heard good things. Highly recommend the others!

Without really knowing your price points, a few of the places we hit every trip are:

Sinatra at Wynn, love this place for Osso Bucco and a meal outside in a great atmosphere
Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris, Costly, but so good. Pork Belly, then Wellington, then Sticky Toffee Pudding...perfecto.
Olives at Bellagio for Lunch. Dinner is good here, too, but I prefer lunch out on the patio

We have eaten at Sinatra. Did you eat at one of the 2-3 tables in the garden? We were by the window but didn't see anybody going out that particular night.

    We were thinking about GRS.

Yes, we ate out in the courtyard. Very quiet, and easy to be in your own little world out there.
