Friends of mine will be driving to Vegas and meeting us there. It is my understanding parking at most strip casinos is free. Is self and valet parking free at Mandalay Bay? We'd prefer to use Valet. I have an mLife Platinum card if that makes any difference.

Self parking is free at all casinos.

Valet parking is free but you should be tipping, I only tip on pick up, some tip when dropping off as well.

BUT if a casino is exceptionally busy valet can sometimes be full and or for hotel guests only

One of the easiest self park garages on the strip that I can remember. Park in the corner nearest to The Hotel and use the stair way in the corner. You end up very close to the entrance to The Hotel. It's not to bad a walk and your in the sports book area.

Yes, it's free for valet at MB. Just be careful that it's not on a busy weekend when they have concerts there thought, because we went one time during a major concert, it took us forever to wait in the car until someone showed up to get our valet car.

Oh, I almost forgot! There are two valet drop-offs at Mandalay. One at registration entrance and the other is at the entrance to the parking structure, by TheHotel, I think.

    I hope this helps. Cheers!

Parking is free and the garage is very easy to navigate for those who self-park.

In Vegas most Casino's offer free valet and free self parking. If you venture to the outskirts of town the level of service you'll get for free may vary. On exceptionally busy nights Valet can become guest / VIP only, as they run low on space. If your friends are new to Vegas remind them that tipping is customary even though it's free.

The entrance at THEhotel is usually much less busy. We use that entrance to grab a quick limo or cab. The small parking area under Mandalay Place had valet service a couple years ago - not sure if they still do.
