It's no secret and has been mentioned before, but I like the taco/mexican place in Bally's.

The $0.75 hotdogs at Suncoast! We usually take them to the bar, order beer, and play VP. (The same dogs may be found at Gold Coast and Orleans for slightly more money, and they used to have them at the cart at Bill's for $2.) BTW: during pro football, they also have $1 pork BBQ sandwiches at Suncoast. I hate to say it living in GA, but they're better than most of the BBQ I've found around here!

Cosmo pizza, in-n-out, fatburger, reuben @ studio cafe before it closed, some random ghetto Mexican place we wandered into near the strip once. Need to find that again.

Tacos from Tacos el Gordo (open 24 hours next to Wynn)
White pizza from Secret Pizza place at Cosmo
Fried Catfish and hush puppies from Catfish Alley at Hawaiian Marketplace
$6 happy hour at Max Brenner at Forum Shops
Fish and Chips from Fenton Fish Market at NYNY
    Fried twinkie/oreos from Mermaids downtown
Oxtail soup from the California downtown (after 11pm)

And probably not considered cheap, but good bargains:
$19.95 three-course lunch at Comme Ca
    $20.13 three-course lunch at Milos

2 slices of pizza (any toppings) with drink for $9.99 in the place between Ballys and Paris.
Any Orleans or GC buffet with players card discount
1/4 pound hot dog and brew for $2.50 at the Stage Door
I found good prices in the deli in Bellagio and the food is decent. Take the food to the sports book and watch whatever is on the big screens.
I second the comment about the Tequila Bar in Ballys. Get the nachos and share with 5 people.

The Bobbie is a sub sandwich, which is basically Thanksgiving on a sub roll. Fresh roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce.
I will second this choice because if you eat a full sub sandwich you probably will not eat anything for at least 2 days or if you get one you will pick at the thing for days.
I had 2 Capriotti sub shops within 5 miles when I worked in Delaware, where they started the business.

I order a small and it's at least 2 meals. I get one every trip, always, no matter what.

Ellis Island BBQ. I found it online before summer trip, and my bf was more than skeptical. He is hooked! He insists on going every trip now.

My wife lived in Delaware for quite some time, and anytime we drive into Vegas, a stop at the Capriottis is a requirement. She gets a Bobby and I get a Capastromi.
FYI, Capriotti's gets their rolls at a place on Tropicana called Great Buns. It's a commercial bakery with a small storefront. Awsome! We always stop and get a couple of dozen to take home and freeze on the drive home.

Okay, I'm now officially excited to be driving out in a few days!
