What steakhouse would you recommend that are within the MGM property family? My meals are fully comped so I stay within the MGM family. Oh don't recommend Brand.....although I'm a huge Hotel32/Monte Carlo fan I think Brand is one of the worst steakhouses around.

    Thanks!

I have only dined at Gallagher's (NYNY), Craftsteak (MGM) and Emerils (MGM) and enjoyed all of them....my son dined at Prime and said Craftsteak was much better overall.

Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria, since I'm guessing you'll be in MC area just a short walk away. IMHO one of the best steaks I've ever had.

Craftsteak is nice, but I prefer Prime especially when they have the dry-aged bone-in filet.

I agree with you about Brand. I've enjoyed Gallagher's, Craft, and Prime, all of which I'd put way above Brand (although to be fair, I did like the calimari at Brand and the service was very good.)

I have eaten at Strip Steak and Charlie Palmer at Mandalay Bay. There both really good depending on what you are looking for. Check them out on their web sites, but as far as the food both were top notch.

Charlie Palmer Steak at Four Seasons is my current favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. My "second tier" choices are Prime at Bellagio (great fountain view tables and romantic setting), and Jean Georges at Aria.

Another vote for Jean Georges. I prefer it to Prime, though, it too is very good. I enjoy both more than others that have been thrown out.

Prime at Bellagio is the best ever.

Thank you, I feel like I'm the only one that ever recommends Jean Georges.....perhaps not many people on the board have tried it - I too agree it is better than Prime.
