Ok so I need a good recommended spot for a quick breakfast option, something that is not a sit down restaurant or cafe. Something I can grab to go and walk with and eat.No McDonalds.

I'm staying at Excalibur. I'm looking for something in Excalibur, NYNY, Monte Carlo, Aria or City Center Area.

    Thanks!

Many of the Starbucks or similar coffee stands sell bagels, muffins, yogurt cups and the like. Some will even do breakfast sandwiches although you may need to give them prep time.

Along the same line, most casinos have coffee kiosks that have pastries, bagels donuts etc....Also i do believe there are Dunkin Donuts out there in LV( based here in the east coast but have expanded).I like them MUCH better than Starbucks ( and a lot cheaper too).

No Dunkin Donuts on the strip  I love them!

I'm anti-Starbucks so I guess one of the coffee stands will have to do.

I just realized there's a Krispy Kreme :licklips: in my hotel but they only sell donuts right?

Since you are willing to walk to Aria, there is an Earl of Sandwich across the street at Planet Hollywood. I'm one of those who love their breakfast sandwiches as much as their lunch/dinner ones. Grab one to go and you're all set.

Ok, so D D is out. I was on at KK once and thought it was totally overrated. They did sell coffee when in my area of CT years back and it wasnt that good. Arent any in my immediate area ( the stores that is). My gut feeling is that the last poster might have the best suggestion. Otherwise KK or any immediate kiosk could work

    Il Fornaio Panetteria

In NYNY, try Il Fornaio Panetteria, a small pastry and coffee shop between America and Il Fornaio. They have the greatest :licklips: pastries and make a decent coffee. They also serve hot breakfast sandwiches.

I believe they open at 6:00AM. Also at NYNY, back in the food court, there is a non-Starbucks coffee stand that have assorted bagels and pastries.

Next to the sports book in MGM is the Stage Deli, it's counter service, and has everything from just coffee to breakfast sandwiches to bagels/danishes.

Easy quick walk from Excalibur, just go over bridge to NYNY, walk though corner of building, across bridge to MGM, in the doors, go down stairs to left towards Rainforest Cafe, follow circular walk around to the right and the Stage Deli on left as you enter sports book area

So you want a quick breakfast, but you won't mind walking 30m out of your way to get to it?

Yes, the reason for the quick breakfast is that we are doing the Bellagio Buffet for lunch, no need to over fill our bellies before chowing down. Plus we plan to explore the City Center area in the morning so if we couldn't find something around Excalibur/NYNY we could push it to Monte Carlo/Aria if there was a place worth trying.

The little non Starbucks coffee/pastry shop at NYNY is GREAT! I detest starbucks so went there. Didn't get coffee, as I got that on the casino floor, but they have great muffins and stuff and I don't think they were terribly high priced.

There is a good court at Monte Carlo. Subway there does breakfast. The mexican does breakfast and if you change your mind, McD has breakfast.

There is a Jean Phillipe Patisserie located in Aria in the middle of the casino (near the exit where the big Buddha statue sits). They have really good coffee and delicious pastries. They also sell sandwiches (can't recall if they sell breakfast sandwiches, though). I have grabbed a quick breakfast here on many occasions and I highly recommend it. There is also one located in Bellagio's Spa Tower:

If you're that serious about the speed factor, have you considered buying supplies for the room? Like muffins, cereal-granola bars, juice, yogurt, fruit, juice, whatever. You wouldn't have to hit a grocery store. I'm pretty sure any of the Walgreen's on the strip would have a box of cereal bars and some juice. I always have snack foods in the hotel room. We can get cranky if we go too long between meals.

I second the recommendation for Jean Phillipe Patisserie in the Aria. It is expensive but the pastries are very well done. I personally like the croissants with the chocolate bars inside.
