Is it easy just to change hosts at the same property?
Or once you are on someones lists, your play belongs to them?

I am not happy with my cosmo host.

You may or may not have a bad host. Cosmo hosts/comps/club have turned into a joke, at least in the minds of a few here. Mine would not answer emails, so I finally gave up.

Mlife comps me well, and I play well there.

I don't have a host at mgm properties, looks like I should ask for one.

I hit platinum with play in 2012, but for some reason, through casino marketing I stopped getting "deals" But at that time I didn't know to look for a host.

Now I have moved all my play to cosmo due to a few free rooms, and now regret it since there are minimal perks at cosmo.

Cosmo hosts are a joke and the manager of the hosts is a bigger joke....poor example to his staff, it's no wonder their player service sucks.

I like Cosmo as a place to visit in look around, but they'll never earn my loyalty unless everyone is canned and they start over.

I doubt all the hosts are crap, it's more likely that they are following instruction.

I work in marketing and I'm part of the client services team and as much as I want to be helpful I have to follow my KPI's. It's the same with anyone customer facing.

I can understand if a couple are crap though.

All the hosts there suck. I found one who actually answers emails and he's good to work with. If anyone wants a referral feel free to PM me.

My host at the Cosmo is DM and she has been fantastic. Send me a message if you want her info. I am on my way back from a MM trip and was able to have 3 nights in premium view terrace room, $1800 in room charges comp'd, and limos anywhere I wanted to go. Not sure what they use for a house advantage in calculating comps but I played BJ for 19.25 hours at $350/hand and a bit of Craps. Seemed fair to me.
