With SP intro of a resort fee. I have become uncertain of my next choice.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Can you rent a car at the Suncoast?

Suncoast was the last place Mike Gaughan built prior to the South Point (South Coast). Because of this, they are very similar. Big rooms, almost identical original towers, except South Point is bigger, similar restaurants.

The real differences are in the pools, SP is bigger very similar to the Orleans (another Mike Gaughan creation), spa, and location. Gaming is similar, but "The Club" at South Point is better.

Looks like Advantage Car Rental has an outpost at the Suncoast. I think they give a discount to B-Connected Card holders.

If it's a toss up then maybe the Bconnected card is the tipping factor. Credit/comp can be used across the valley at multiple locations. South Point's "the Club" is exclusive to that hotel.

Stayed at both many times, would stay at either again. We tend to go Suncoast for the location given proximity to golf we prefer, eats in Summerlin and the views.
