To our newer members - Hurricane Mikey used to be the natedog of TRs.
In a ballplayer-comparison way, Mikey's current TR versus those in his prime of few years ago show that he has mellowed. That ineveitable and indeed there comes a time when someone else like natedog steps up to the plate and replaces Mikey as the next big T2V star on the TR forum.

 

It was a real pleasure to read your musings again Mikey. Thought for a while that wouldn't happen again. Welcome back.

 

I miss his humor and his trip reports . . . . Good to read some of his stuff again.

 

What a great trip report! A very easy read. I love the bloody mary's at the Peppermill. I would like one right now! Sounds like you have made peace with yourself and Vegas. That is great!! Cheers to your next visit!

As a relative newcomer to this board, I am sad that I wasn't around to experience Hurricane's glory in its heyday.

But what a fantastic trip report. I am literally counting the seconds until I'm supine in a cabana behind the Aria with a drink in one hand and a fistful of hundos in the other.
