Let me get this one out of the way:

I kid, I kid. I'm stuck at work on a Saturday and feeling a little punchy.

I have no idea which is a better restaurant. I'm not a huge steakhouse fan so my preference is clear.

Between those two, I'd give the nod to Prime. Especially if you can snag a table along the windows. The fountain view from those tables is very nice. As to the cost, we don't know what you might choose to eat, if you want a bottle of wine or just drink water, opt for the seafood tower appetizer or skip the apps, etc.
Your cost can vary widely based on your choices, so the best thing is to go to the Bellagio website and open the Menu for each of those restaurants and evaluate the cost for your choices (plus gratuity and tax).

I plan on visiting Circo when we go on our next visit. I think I'll reserve Prime for another time (I am a sucker for home made pappardelle).

Also, someone pointed out the pre-show tasting menu's at some restaurants in Aria, a couple look promising, a couple look disappointing. We'll definately be checking it out!

I enjoy immaginative food but I like most people am on a budget so these pre-show offerings (we do attend shows most nights) give us a chance to try new places while keeping the bill under $200. Would be even cheaper if I avoided the wine pairings but I enjoy trying wines I'd never pick off a menu myself.

Most of the restaurants have their menu online. For PRIME, you can use Sonya's link, or click on MENU on the various websites.

Keep in mind that even the casual dining places in Vegas are way more expensive than many people would ever spend at home. Then there is the tip. We often get free meals in Vegas, but the tips can add up fast. Especially when you start getting bottles of wine that start in the $40 range and go up - FAST.

I like Prime better. One of the better restaurants (and steakhouses) in all of Vegas.

Prime, no contest. I don't care that much for Circo.
