UKFanatic Live TR, 3/20-3/23

For those who read my Tunica TR last week, you know I wasn't confident about writing a TR for the Vegas main event this week (I even shortened my Vegas trip by 36 hours because I was so worn out after Tunica). But for some strange reason, after watching my Wildcats lay an egg last night, I got fired up. So my enthusiasm level for this trip has picked up a bit and I will try and write a TR while I am out there.

This trip has turned into a solo venture. That's fine, more time to gamble. I go every year during March Madness, but honestly, not sure how much bball I will watch this year. My team is out and I don;t see any real compelling teams to feed my addiction. Hell, I'm more interested in watching the Heat continue their NBA streak than watching the college teams this year. But I digress.

What I hope to have on the agenda for your reading pleasure: craps, baccarat, maybe some roulette, a little basketball, hopefully meet up with some other VMB members, supposed to get tours of the properties from hosts at MGM and Wynn that are trying to woo my business, some good meals, and other degeneracy. I head out in about seven hours. Today promises to be a dull day at work, lol. But it should get better tonight! Stay tuned....

 

Aww yay! Trip report! Looking forward to hearing about it. You forgot to tell us if there will be a visit to the SALT ROOM!

 

lol, no salt room this trip. Instead, there will be a trip to the creepy Bathhouse spa. If I never post again, you will all know what happened. I was also going to make a comment about trying to get photos to upload properly for this TR, but then I knew you would give me apple-iphone-hell for even mentioning it

I didn't realize UK was for Univ of Kentucky....I thought you were a Brit.

 

Well, UK just signed Randle today, which already makes next year's class the best in history. Take those seven recruits, add in maybe Poythress and/or Goodwin, and you're already looking at an absurdly talented team. But hell, I'm greedy, I still hope UK gets Wiggins as well. If they get Wiggins, they will have the op rated recruit at EVERY position. That's insane

Damn I missed the Randle committment. That is some sick talent that Cal is assembling. I really hope for FSU's sake that they get Wiggins b/c it would be a huge boost after a step back year.

Some were hoping that FSU would meet UK in NYC for the NIT finals and winner would get Wiggins, oh well.

Well it worked for me last time.

Actually, one hour delay may not be enough, you should probably go for a 1 day delay and then you will really kill it.

 

View Randle as a sign of luck. I know here in Lex, it was about the only thing possible to help alleviate the funk that last nights game put the city in.
