Atleast I think its great idea.

Could do a good deal of advertising, and buying them could help support the board.

Whaddaya say we get the ball rolling

I'll buy one! You can start it...plenty of websites out there where you can design your own shirt....Maybe a profile pic of Sonya! :wink

Sounds like a good idea. I'd also be interested in hoddies as well.

Funny thing I just spoke to Sonya about vmb merchandising. She said they used to sell stuff but it didn't do so well.

I thought if you had vmb t shirt or cap you might even get better service or comps. No-one wants a bad review about themself or company. If they know your on a large message board they might just do a little bit better their best...

I think it would be fun to have a design on a hat or shirt that would identify you as a board member / voyeurer / mod / or whatever. Sort of a "secret handshake" kind of thing others would not particularly pay attention to in passing.

And to blend in with the LV crowd you could also have plastered on the back a 1-800 number offering Hot Chicks to your room......

That's exactly what I was thinking. For example, I participate on other forum (who shall remain nameless) and I while ago the company that runs the forum sent many of us these bright green luggage tags with their logo on them. I thought I might attach this to the outside of my purse and see if I get anyone asking me about it.

I am certainly open to this kind of idea. Dpin did mention it recently and I put in on "The List".

We had this when we were on travel2vegas - http://www.cafepress.com/t2v - but our sales were pretty weak. We did some special shirts for some of the original March Madness gatherings. I think that's all we've done.

I would be terribly surprised if you got any special treatment for having our logo on your shirt/hat. They don't know who we are and few of the people I work with in Vegas seem to be too concerned about us. :haha:

Send me a PM if you want to help with this project and get it rolling instead of waiting for me to get around to it. ;)

    Calling all artists!

I think just a simple Vegas message board logo would cool. Small logo on the front and a larger print across the back.

How about the logo or something similar above the "pocket" on the front (breast) and on the back have each of the sponsors of the board splashed in subtle font at various angles (help me artistic ones) and for which each of the sponsors participating donates X $'s for each t-shirt sold which obviously will be displayed in Vegas or elsewhere at some point or other?

In this way we can support the board by buying a t-shirt at a ridiculously low price and with each purchase a ridiculously high sponsor donation will be made to Sonya....and she won't have to do the PBS fund drive so often if at all.... ok maybe less often....

My only request is invest in a quality shirt / screen which will survive the wash / dry for a period of time without dissolving. Ok if not give me two.

I was thinking the same thing.

Or another design could be the messageboard logo on the front and VEGAS 24/7 on the back.

I like the idea of the logo on the front as well...

I would like to see a simple larger print (thinking something like block letters) VegasMessageBoard.com across the back.

I can set something up with a place like Cafe Press no problem. Or would you rather do a one time order of one big lot?

I've got some other logos/graphics I can muster up too.

It makes the most sense to set up something on cafe press so we can order the kind of merchandise we prefer. For instance, as a female with breasts, there's no way in hell I'm ordering a boxy t-shirt with a logo on a pocket:peace: But a tank top in a stretchier fabric or a v-neck t-shirt designed for women - that would be far more appealing.

    CafePress it is then....

I have a few logos, but not an actual design for a shirt. Anyone want to make a design for us? My graphic skillz are weak. :)

    I want one...

Not bad, but I would like to see Sonya's large graphic on the back too. I'd buy one. I need it soon.

    Check the countdown......
