    Hi

    Can I use my iPhone with the free wireless around the mirage property?
    Don't want to bring the laptop.

    Thanks!

    Yes. I've used my iPhone and iPad at the Mirage on their wireless network.

    Unless you are doing lots of data, why not just use the normal cell network on the iphone?

    I am from Canada so that wouldn't be a good idea cost wise.

    I was there a few weeks ago, and over five days, I was never able to successfully connect to their wifi with my iPad. Not once. Frustrating that I had to pay a resort fee to cover something I was unable to use.

    Missed that - you might want to add that to your profile.

    ==================

    As to using wifi at many hotels, you have to go through the login and agree to terms that nobody understands anyways. You may need to go into SETUP and pick the wifi connection first. Then, open a new browser window and try to go to a web site, it will intercept and come up with the hotel or provider website where you have to AGREE to the terms. At some places, it requires at least three okays before you get logged in.

    Be sure to turn off your data so you don't accidentally download something.
