    Just because he is a great athlete making a fabulous salary doesnt mean he isnt a dishonest person. The amount of money wasnt the point. He wants to get over on the casino, be it $5 or $5M. He is one of those people with larceny in his heart, so even though he didnt need the money, he likes to steal. It is part of his DNA. All the money in the world wont change who he is inside.

    These guys have had people kissing their butts their whole life and looking the other way when they do something wrong.

    Its no wonder he thinks he could get away with it here.

    Thats the real problem here. The culture surrounding young athletes and elevating them to some superhero status.

    I assume (which I didn't originally when reading) "after the dice had been rolled" means the number is known as the outcome? When I first read it I thought it was the dice were in the air(?) and what advantage is that? duh.....wow....you can never say you have seen it all because of stories like this one.

    thanks DonD, I couldn't remember the exact term. I'm glad he got caught at it too. Even on a 5 dollar bet. To me it shows that you will be treated equally whether you are cheating a 5 dollar game or a higher stakes game. I just cant even imagine trying to cheat at any casino, I'm nervous the way it is and I'm an honest gambler ( do those words belong in the same sentence). HAHA:thumbsup:
