I could throw in a couple and I'm sure many will, but... Dude, that's a pretty darn good list!

If you're out at the South Point, you might consider the Bootlegger. It's just a little north of the SP (by the Outlet Mall). It's run by Nevada's former Lieutenant Governor (Lorraine Hunt) and her husband. Great "old-school" feel and very good italian food! Ms. Hunt is an excellent lounge signer and entertains often.

I would "maybe" mention the Friday night seafood buffet at Main Street Station ... except ... you'll probably be standing in line for 30 to 40 minutes just to get to the cashier. :poke:

I would skip Hash House and go for Mon Ami Gabi instead.

The last couple times we went to HH, the service was horrible. The food and drinks took forever to arrive and the waitress only checked on us once during the meal. Also the music keeps getting louder, and you can barely have a conversation. Finally, although there is a ton of it, the food just isn't that great.

You can spend the same amount at MAG and have a meal you will really remember.

Since you're staying at South Point, go to their cafe after midnight and order off the Graveyard menu. Steak, eggs, hash browns, and toast for $3.99. Pancakes, eggs, bacon for $2.99.

Hash House at M Resort is much nicer. And Friday and Sunday after 10pm, entrees are Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

Here are a few more based on a similar food style as your list.
    -Catfish Alley (at Hawaiian Marketplace)
-Secret pizza restaurant at Cosmo (third floor, down hallway by Elevator, get the White pizza)
-Firefly (tapas place, amazing and affordable. Get as many orders of the stuffed dates as you can eat).
-Ping Pang Pong at Gold Coast (dim sum)
-Jean Philippes at Aria or Bellagio (get a crepe with gelato)
-Max Brenner at Forum Shops (happy hour 3-6 and 9-midnight, get the fried banana fondue)
-PJ Clarkes at Forum Shops ($1 oysters during happy hour)
-Earl of Sandwich at Planet Hollywood (open 24 hours)
-Milos at Cosmo (three-course lunch for $20.13)
-Comme Ca at Cosmo (three-course lunch for $19.95)
(those last two are an affordable way to eat at two of the popular restaurants at Cosmo)

And since you're at South Point and have a list containing places on and off strip, I assume you'll have a car. If so, try these places too:
-Bachi Burger (Asian influenced burgers. Get Ronin or Spicy Miso burger with truffle fries and strawberry jasmine tea)
-Monta Ramen (get the tonkatsu ramen, better than most places in Southern California)
-Boiling Crab (get an order of fried catfish and then a bag of shrimp with Whole Sha'bang sauce)
-Luv-It Custard (flavors change daily, I don't like the sundaes as they're overly sweet to my taste. I just get a medium with two flavors)
-Custom Built Pizza (like Chipotle for pizza. Flat rate for all the toppings you want and baked in wood oven)
-The cafe at California downtown (Oxtail soup available after 11pm. And tastes amazing)
    -Mermaids Casino (fried oreos)
-Komex Express (Korean-influenced tacos and burritos)
-Lotus of Siam (best Thai food in Vegas and most other cities. Don't do the buffet. Order off the menu).
-Namaste Indian Cuisine (the Indian place right next door to Lotus of Siam. It's very very excellent).

Wow, Ah6tyfour! Have you been following me around Vegas? You hit on a bunch of my favorites. There were a couple on your list that I haven't tried. They just got added to my list. Thanks! Here's one to return the favor: If you like Lotus of Siam, get downtown and try Le Thai. Be aware, though... they don't fool around with the spice level. Even "mild" has a good kick.

To the OP: Breakfast is indeed good at Mon Ami Gabi, but I recommend you go for a late lunch there instead. The Steak Frites is fantastic and reasonably priced. If you go around 3 and get patio seating you can watch the Bellagio Fountain across the street while you dine. It's one of the few things I still go to the strip for.

At the beginning of the year, he says it was the bad economy. He'd like to reopen. So, we'll see. Not much around for good Mexican these days. Casa Don Juan was prime, but they remodeled, cut corners, raised prices and seem to cater to the hipsters.

The following is only one man's opinion. That opinion is not shared by his wife, his friends, or in fact anyone he has ever met. YMMV. Viewer discretion advised. Not for sale to minors. Wait one hour before operating heavy machinery.

The only place on that list I would eat at would be In-N-Out, which is the almost-perfect burger place(lousy fries, heavenly burgers). The rest of the list can be beat by countless places in town.

Better buffets in town than any the Buffet of Buffets can offer, except maybe Bacchanal. Save the coin and hit Bellagio or Wynn buffet. Heck, you're in the area - try M Resort's Studio B buffet.
Tournament of Kings - bad food, plebian show.
Village eateries - the fish place - not a bad choice.
Hash House a GoGo - Eat anywhere else. Mon Ami, Margaritaville, PepperMill, Bouchon...Denny's. All better.
Ellis Island - try the BBQ special too if they still offer it.
BBQ - Try Big Ern's downtown.
There are 11 Dunkin' Donuts in town. Why would you waste time on Krispy Kreme? Get real coffee and dough, not over-hyped garbage.

Or just use ah6tyfour's list. :D

South Point has a descent breakfast buffet since you are staying there. Somewhere on this site is a link for a b1g1 mon-fri.

For mexican food there is a restaurant in the Tuscany Suites. I forgot the name but you can get a 241 in one of the magazines off the street. Their food is good.

Burger Bar inside the Mandalay Bay mall.

That place is excellent. No matter where I end up staying, I always make a trip there.

Y'all have more ideas than I will have time for.... Lol. Will have to decide last minute. I enjoy the buffets the only reason put B of B on here is could probably get 4 of them in for a good price. Remember on a poor man's budget still so the high dollar buffets might be out (remember if it's better than golden corral it's great to us). Do think will scratch hash house in favor of Mon Ami (I'm assuming this is in Paris?).

Dick's Last Resort at the Excalibur. Food is ok, but the atmosphere is funner than hell. Then again you could stop in for a drink or two on your way to the Tournament of Kings
