Which I guess having so many options is a good thing. lol

I had originally booked Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon nights (April 19-23) at Monte Carlo (high floor strip view). I managed to snag the Mandalay Bay 2 night suite deal on myVegas so cut MC back to Fri and Sat.

My original MC room was about $550 for 4 nights, it's now down around $300 or so. BUT, I could book the MB suite Fri and Sat for about $600.

So..........I spend $50 more than originally planned and stay in a nice suite and one location or I pocket the money and spend it on food and drinks and stay in 2 places, although I'd get to see 2 properties this way..........

I'd pocket the money and stay at two properties.

But then again, I am heavily biased against spending money on rooms, and love checking out new places, and don't mind moving.

that's kind of what I'm leaning towards, it's not like it's a choice between Circus Circus and a MB suite, LOL.

The one factor to determine if saving money is worth it is the time and expense involved in moving / checking in twice / waiting for a room to be available during a short trip.

I typically stay at three or four casinos during a ten day - two week trip.

I'll stay three - five nights for each stage except for two factors:

    1. Fly in evening, I'll stay at a hotel one night and not unpack until I go to my first stay. I've done that for Hooters, Casino Royale and will do it to check The Quad off of my list.

    2. Two night full comp (I won't bother with a one night comp offer - MILFe is the only company I ever receive one day offers from).

The room rates quoted ($150/night Monte Carlo standard room ) indicate increased demand & room rates, making it clear any low or mid level player MGM comp offers are going boys, and they ain't coming back.......
