anyone been in these? not alot of price difference, but is the "corner king" bigger? I see the difference of it having a sofa and cocktail table, which would come in handy for the ladies, but is the room really worth it? Is it located on a "corner"? LOL sorry, just never been there, but ready to book very soon to assure they dont fill up. Also arriving on a Saturday, so want to make sure I get my reservation made before they change their mind about when they allow arrivals....since some places do not allow Saturday arrivals.

also, price is 79 for sat night, and 39 the other nights, (regular king or 2 queens) and 5 dollars higher for the corner king. I feel that is not bad, and really dont think the price will go down. Have any of you seen the price go lower than that? Should I wait, or book that baby now?

I remember people speaking highly of the corner room when it was Fitzgeralds. I think people enjoyed the windows wrapping around the corner.

Wife and I stayed in a corner king last August. Neat thing is the window wraps around the corner. You get a bit more of a view. We love the corner kings and have one reserved for out trip in May.

I stayed in a corner king in October.
I loved the room, very large so you didn't feel crowded.
The view from the wrap around window was great.
Refrig and Kurig coffee maker, just bring your own K-cups.
They also have a large safe.

Just stayed in a D corner king last week.
Gave the clerk a couple bucks for a free upgrade to it on a comped room.
    Pay the extra few bucks.
    Beyond worth it.
View is incredible. You get a little couch - which is awesome and so comfortable.
I've stayed in both a standard king and corner king at the D since the remodel.
Would never stay in a standard again if possible.

Thank You everyone!!! I Think I will pay the few dollars extra and book a corner... I am lucky to get to Vegas once a year, and I do not gamble much so I dont need a gambling budget....would rather spend it on the room and food. (altho I am a cheapie and will not spend 60 bucks or more on a meal.)

We've been in the corner king the last 4 or 5 trips and really like the view. Room is a little bigger and you get a couch which is nice. I have read there is some difference in which side of the hall you are on but we are always in room xx42 which is on the right side at the end of the hall. I would ask for higher rooms if possible. Last trip was 2042 which was nice and available when I wanted to check in. Before that was level 26 or 27.
