He said they raised the price of the steak dinner to 8.99. You had to swipe your card when I was there last time to get the 7.99 price. Can anyone else confirm this?

Must be a drought of cowboy boots going on.

That would be a yes, it is true. Aside from the whole annoying card swipe at the kiosk to get a coupon deal it has been kicked up a buck. Even with that however, a steak with all the fixin's and a tall beer (I prefer the house light or stout) is still a great deal in my book.

Yup, you swipe your card at the kiosk, take the coupon back to the table. One coupon is allowed for the whole table. You need a new coupon daily. It wasnt a big deal, and even at $8.99 its prob the best deal in town.

Have you tried it? While it's not Abe and Louie's, they are offering a decent steak. It's a thick cut sirloin with no fat, no gristle, and it's at least the equal of a $20 steak from the Outback. It really is the best steak special I've found in Vegas, even with the kiosk and the extra dollar on the price tag.
