Stranded on an island, this, Lebowski and Fear and Loathing would keep me sane.

    thanks - excellent article.

My BIL is a journalist and back then was going stuff for a regional UK paper. He was supposed to go to the preview but wanted to go drinking instead. So me and the wife went and not only got to see the first showing in the UK we did the write up too!

I think we recommended that everyone goes to see it as it was so different...

This is one of my all time favorite movies. The dialogue with Travolta and Samuel L in the beginning and at the end is just outstanding.

And for those of you with HBO, it's been on rotation the last few weeks.

I liked the note the movie producer sent back
    to Tarantino's script editor --
with the guy using all the F-bombs ! cos
tarantino's script was full of them.:evillaugh

My stepmom actually walked out of the movie because of the language.

Reservoir Dogs will always be Tarentino's masterpiece IMO.
Pulp Fiction is good, but it does not stand up to repeated viewing as well as RD.
PF is too long and tiresome in places after seeing it a couple of times.

I loved Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs about the same, maybe a slight nod to Pulp Fiction, but I liked Kill Bill Vol 1 a tad more than either. Vol 2 on the other hand is a stinkfest, as was Inglourious Basterds. Pitt's acting in Inglourious was horrid.

Ah, that's the movie where the guy talks about keeping a watch shoved up his ass. I laughed so hard, great movie.

In the article Uma Thurmin makes it sound like she had to study how to take drugs. Rumor has it that she knows how to snort cocaine.

Not to change the subject too much but I always think QTs movies are perfect except for one scene, so what do you consider the worst part of Pulp Fiction? Personally I don't like the scene with Roseanna Arquette ( talking about piercings ) Always thought that part dragged

I always disliked the scenes with Bruce Willis and his wife, Fabienne. She annoys the piss out of me. I just want to shake her sometimes...

Agreed. Not crazy about the taxi scene either, although I did like the one line: I'm American, honey. Our names don't mean shit.
