My best friend and I will be in Vegas in a few weeks. We are burger freaks, LOLL, so I was wondering where is a good place for an awesome, not-too-expensive burger on the Strip?

You might wanna go off Strip and try In'N'Out if you are new to the chain. Double double animal style... it's one of our top Vegas must-do's!
Coming from out East, we do not have these palaces of hamburgliciousness, so it was worth the cabfare.

What price point do you consider "too expensive"? Also, does that price point include sides or just the burger?

Not sure what your definition of 'not too expensive' is...but my favorite burgers are:

    Burger Bar
    La Burger Brasserie
    KGB

and definitely In n Out if you've never been to one before

Holsteins all the way!! It is always on our list of must dos each and every trip. The price is certainly a bit higher at ~$16 for a burger and fries, but well worth every penny!!!

I vote for BLT at the Mirage as well. I think a burger, fries and a shake were somewhere around twenty bucks and very good. Also they are open quite late.

Fudruckers in the "Maybe if I’m desperate enough" category?

I'm a big fan of Holsteins at Cosmopolitan. I've eaten there several times now and, save one appetizer they no longer serve, I've always loved my food. As burgers go, I've had the Gold Standard and the Rising Sun. Both are very tasty.

I've also been to BLT at Mirage quite a few times. Used to be my favorite but the last couple of times I was there, my burger was way undercooked.
