MyVegas I'm so confused MLife

Ok, please help me out here.

Are all of the following statements true, because 3 different people at MLife told me 3 different things:

1) I can get 3 comps on one trip. So, if I choose the Mirage buffet 3 times, I can do that.

2) When I get to Vegas, I go to VIP Services at the Mirage and they will had me 3 tickets for 3 buffets that I can do on Three seperate days.

3) I have to redeem online within 30 days, some day 60, some say 90. Please help!

You can only purchase each reward once. When you click on the reward you want, it will give you the details and rules.

All rewards have a 90 day expiry. Hotel rooms and shows must be booked within 90 days, but the reservation can be for months later. All the rest have to be redeemed at the Mlife desk of the casino providing the reward, within 90 days.

 

I've done the Mirage buffet twice from MyVegas.

But I think you can only do each reward once in that 30 day timeframe.

 

1) Yes to 3 rewards. No to 3 Mirage buffets.
Check the reward in the game for the limits on the quantities. Most are limit of 1, but there are a few exceptions.

2) I believe you would go to the mLife Players Club desk and not VIP Services. You would give them the confirmation number you received for your reward from MyVegas. Though instruction on how and where to redeem will be included in the email confirmation you receive.

The exception to this is hotel rooms and show tickets, which you have to call within 90 days of redeeming the reward to book the stay or tickets. From most that I've heard, it appears those rewards can be used within the following 6 months.

3) Once you redeem a reward, you have 90 days to use it. See the above exception for show tickets and hotel rooms.
