Almost all the good buffets are going to have those two items.

For best buffet crab legs, try either Wynn, Bellagio or Mirage. Dinner buffet prices run about $30-35. All will heat the crab legs upon request. Sushi at each place is fine.

Studio B Buffet at the M Resort will definitely have crab legs (both cold and warm) and sushi tonight as part of their seafood dinner, as well as oysters, lobster bisque, calamari, etc. They also have some additional Chinese options for the Chinese New Year. Price is $40 and includes unlimited beer and wine.

Be advised, it's a $30 cab ride from the south strip.

We ended up at the Rio. I would have liked a little more variety of non-seafood items, but as it is billed as an all seafood buffet, I can't complain too much. The wife was happy therefore so was I. Thanks for the recommendations!
