I usually take a trip to Fremont Street every trip, and the 20 dollar cab ride(give or take) each way from the strip is getting quite expensive. Having spent quit a bit of time in LV, I feel ready to branch out and take the bus. The SDX bus seems to be the way to go. Where exactly is the stop in front of Paris? I'm staying at Ballys, so that would be the closest stop. When you get to Fremont Street, where does it drop you off? I'll be arriving 5 weeks from today!

There is an obvious bus right outside Paris main doors in front of Sugar Factory. You will need to buy the ticket there so just look for the machine. Every SDX stop has a machine I believe.

I'm not exactly where were the stop is downtown so maybe someone else can mention the street. I will say it is very obvious you are downtown though. It isn't like you can miss the stop. Pickup, again someone might have the exact street, is one of the streets that cross Freemont under the lights. The stop is 20 ft from freemont.

Stop DT is down at the end of Fremont on 4th and Carson, down a block from the Walgreens I believe. The pick up spot DT is outside binions, on the corner between the Fremont Casino and Binions.

I will give you another option, the Centennial express or the WAX are much faster buses to get downtown. You can pick up the centennial express at the corner of Sands and Las Vegas Blvd. outside Treasure Island. You can pick up the wax at the corner of Tropicana and Las Vegas Blvd. outside MGM. These buses are much quicker getting downtown because they only stop a few places. I always take the WAX to the Las Vegas outlets when I'm staying downtown.

The WAX stop going north towards downtown at Tropicana and LV Blvd is outside NYNY not MGM.

Yup that bus goes up I-15 and not The Strip.

I actually wish I didn't get a rental car this time.

The buses go darn near everywhere.
