I have a $500 Dinner Comp for any CET restaurant. There will only be two guys. I need to use it all at one restaurant but don’t want to go over the $500. I’ll be there the 2nd and 3rd week of February. I’ve eliminated Guy Savoy because I believe we would be well over with wine or drinks. So I think that leaves me three choices: Gordon Ramsay Steak, Old Homestead or possibly NOBU to be open by that time.
I’ve been to Old Homestead in Vegas and New York. I’m normally a rib-eye lover. I thinking about trying the Australian Wagyu but unsure if I would like that.
Which would you choose and what would you order?

is this a $500 FB comp that will be credited towards your room charges? Why not have a few $150 meals over the course of the trip?

It is for a single meal. I am going to do this over the next few days with 3 of us guys. I think we are going to hit Gordan Ramsay steak. Also have the 500 on the room too, and we have only hit Earls so far. lol. Need to get cracking, but we just got in yesterday.

This is my annual Seven Star Celebration Dinner that needs to be used before March 31. I don't think I'll be hitting the casinos again before that date. I believe they print a voucher for me to present to the restaurant at that properties reward center or host desk, I'll find out when I get there.

HOUtoLAS: If you're going to Ramsey Steak you better get reservations ASAP, they are book way in advance.

    F&b 500

I recently had the same issue.

I decided on Old Homestead (not for any particular reason)
and it was delicious. Two of us went slightly over $500 ... but we ordered
more than we ate, leaving many dishes hardly touched and we didn't have dessert. We also ordered 4 glasses of wine (2 each).

Never been to GR. Planning on trying GR later this year. Except for an occassional service slip-up, I hjave only heard excellent food comments.

Being that you have been to Old Homestead already, then I would suggest going to Gordon Ramsey.

When I went to Old Homestead, I had to go to Caesars TR desk to ask for voucher. They had to get someone to print it out, but since we were already heading to restaurant to dine, they said to go ahead and that they would contact the restaurant to let them know that I had a voucher coming. Everything went smoothly.

BTW, I did end up eating at Gordon Ramsay Steak. It was excellent. Great experience too. Host got me reservations for the next day.

Side note. I also ate at Gordon Ramsay Burgr at PH, and that was good as well. Totally different experiences, but still good. Awesome onion rings.

I got Gordon Ramsay Steak reservation for Friday, but this is not my Celebration dinner. I'm now narrowing it down to Old Homestead and added Nobu as my other choice.
